This team is amazing. Our board of directors hired them to install our entry system and from the get go they were super professional, helpful, and willing to let me put my nose in their business. 😊. They went the extra mile to figure out how to get our new entry system installed even when all the parts did not arrive as planned.

After we completed this projected, I hired them again to help in my own business and once again, they were at the top of their game. The work was done in a timely manner and they left the space super clean and tidy.

Flying Locksmiths were the only locksmiths I could find that could replace a lock in one of our company's file cabinets. They had to order a specialty part and they kept me up to date with the delivery time. They were quick and efficient to come visit as soon as the part arrived. The Flying Locksmith was great. The gentleman who came out was prompt, kind, and professional. I was given a heads-up call when the locksmith was 30 minutes away, which was greatly appreciated since the possible time was a two-hour window. He came and rekeyed 4 doors and made us 3 extra keys, all within a half hour. Very happy with their service and will use them again if needed.

Greg was very helpful with the process of explaining our options for a new door entry system in our small condo building. Our biggest goal was to have a flexible, cloud-based system that would allow us to "buzz-in" visitors without having to install complex and costly hardware. Greg recommended that we use Openpath to control access to 3 doors and the elevator. We had lots of interactions over several months preparing for the installation. Greg was patient and responsive. Things went smoothly on installation day. We had it running by the end of the day. There were no surprises. The system does exactly what we wanted and hoped it would do. The installation tech - Dan was excellent. He was well-prepared, organized and super knowledgeable regarding all aspects of this system. Would highly recommend Greg and his team at TFL.

Best service, and these guys even reached out to all the lock places in town to see if they could replace our vintage 1980s lock to avoid extra costs in parts and labor.
