We recently stayed at Just to Sea You in Kitty Hawk. The place does not disappoint, exactly as you see in the pictures!! The view to the beach is spectacular, the location is close to everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house is so bright and beautiful!! We will definitely be back!!

Great variety of vacation homes, helpful agents that helped us find a house available the week we wanted with our main goal of a heated pool, and very responsive when we ran into a minor issue (locked laundry room door). They sent someone out same day to solve the problem. We had a fabulous week-long OBX vacation.

Perfect home for any size group or family! There's plenty of open space indoors and out. The home has an ample supply of kitchen equipment, games, books, videos. Kids will love the bunk bed room! Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We will stay here again!

We stayed at TipSea Turtle in Southern Shores for Thanksgiving 2023. The house and views are stunning. Excellent for a multi-family vacation. Joe Lamb's staff was very helpful.

The best experience in renting a house for the week at the Outer Banks. The house we rented was gorgeous and in great condition. I also loved the way there was a key coffee for this house and we didn't have to wait in line in an office to check in. It also speaks volumes how a company handles an issue. The air conditioning went out towards the end of the day one day. I called in 5 minutes before their office closed. It was too late to have it repaired that day. They had 3 window units brought to the house within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone with them. The unit was repaired early the next day and the window units picked up promptly. What could have been a horrible experience turned out perfectly fine with little to no interruption in our vacation. Because of this, I will be using Joe Lamb Jr & Associates again next year!

We loved our time at this house. It is clean, colorful and so close to the beach. It has everything you could want and more. I.e. a huge ice maker! Fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms are nice, bathrooms are clean, lots of room for family and friends to hang out. There was 8 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. I am a clean freak and I have zero complaints! Its a great place to spend your vacation!

Easily to work it the home we used was clean and in wonderful condition looked new . Great experience and customer service . You will love the view and the convince to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return next year

This was the first year we worked with this realty company. We have previously worked with several others. They are very kind and very attentive. They seem to do a good job managing the properties and their communication is great. Best of all, unbeknownst to me, my daughter left a bunch of clothes down there and they called me to see if the bag of clothes was ours and even sent me pictures so I knew they were ours. They then took the clothes to a shipping store to send them back to us. Highly recommend this realty company!

We've been vacationing to OBX for the majority of 30 years and Joe Lamb Jr. is by FAR the best vacation realtor we have rented from! Not only do I tend to find the best rental options for our family, but the places have been well-kept and well-cleaned. Their staff team has helped us with forgotten items, one or two maintenance/housekeeping fixes, and questions that come up during our stays - every time it's been a good experience. They are really consistent, trustworthy, and do their work with heart!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for years using various realities. This was the first time we used Joe Lamb and must say this has been the best rental experience we have ever had. The property was ready on time and the cleanest we had ever seen. Having the beds made with provided linens was also a plus. When I called for maintenance service it was acknowledged and completed quickly. All around a great experience and would certainly look to use Joe Lamb again.

just had a lovely time in Kitty Hawk at BIG RED, #389. Joe Lamb manages this property and they did a wonderful job. We loved the location, view of ocean, hot tub, pool table, acccomodations and comfort. short hop to a very nice beach. It was a perfect house for not the perfect weather conditions we had in early March, but we had a splendid time regardless of the weather. We would enjoy coming again, and booking with Joe Lamb. Kudos to the owners and their management team.

Great little cottage with excellent proximity to the ocean. We’ve stayed here 4 years in a row and will be back again next year. We enjoy the front deck. A great spot for happy hour. Layout works perfectly for our family.

Nice rental. Clean plenty of room. Was welcomed to the home from a VERY nice woman in a Volkswagen Beetle convertible lol. Forgot her name. But gave us goody bags and welcomed us to the OBX. Gave her a suggestion for food and just beyond friendly. Only complaint was at check out we stopped in Joe Lamb to confirm checkout. Woman at the desk not super helpful but not rude but told here the trash was full when we arrived and we hadn’t put it out on the curb due to that issue and asked me why we hadn’t put it on the curb. It was in cans with wheels but felt it should have been empty upon arrival. We only had a max of 3 kitchen size bags that didn’t take up much room. She wasn’t too helpful with that but guess I should have called to tell them but knew we would not have much trash ourselves. Hoping they don’t charge us for trash. Definitely most of it was there when we arrived. Other than that definitely will book with Joe Lamb Jr. again

I love love this house and feel so privileged to be returning next year. Can’t wait to see the poolside cabana. We loved the pool, the beach, the kitchen. This is a great great home. And super clean. Plus this house is convenient to everything if you actually want to leave. Thank you to the people who own this place and are willing to share.

Great group to work with. Easy process, very nice properties. Just wrapped up another week rental at Kill Devil Hills through a Joe Lamb listed property. Will use this firm again next year!
