Wonderful little wine store with so many unique ones I've never seen before! I've been leaning towards more natural and sulfite-free wine lately and was told most of their wine is! I'm no wine expert, but whenever I stop by they are super helpful and great at explaining everything. I learn something new every time. The prices do not disappoint and I think the most I've spent is around $40! Great place to go to if you're looking to gift some wine. Support your locals! =)

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to rate Wide Eyed Wines a whole 5 starz. This is one of two wine shops in the whole Puget Sound area that I can wholeheartedly endorse. The staff is knowledgeable with a chill, low-pressure vibe. The wines run the gamut from classic to more experimental in style and technique, sourced from lots of smaller, typically-underrepresented producers. I find great bottles between $20-$80 which anyway tends to be the sweet spot.

(Of the two only visit-worthy shops, the other good wine shop is Marseille, which I like because they feature lots of Washington/Oregon wine, and it’ll always hold a special place in my heart for introducing me to Kelly Fox wines and other exceptional picks during my mid 2010s rosé phase :p. Their owner who typically works there is amazingly knowledgeable and can find you a wine for any occasion, but sometimes there’s another owner who low-key pressures you to leave a tip on a $100s wine purchase, which is definitely not the norm. For example, Wide Eyed Wines doesn’t even have a tip option on their Square payment kiosk.)

Anyway, stop by Wide Eyed Wines, maybe after a nice dinner at Light Sleeper right next door. :)

I've been here three times now and though it's a small shop, it's filled to the brim with bottles and the people have been very kind and helpful in helping me choose wines from their selection! The one thing to improve on - please put your hours on your door! :) They're not readily available on the site and I have to look at Google Maps specifically to get the info.

The guys at Wide Eyed Wines have always given fantastic recommendations. They have given us both wonderful examples of styles we are familiar with and broadened our horizons with new varietals and regions. Will keep going back

Stopped by unexpectedly after dinner next door and had a great experience. The owner who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just tonight enjoying the rose we picked up, it's a beautiful wine. Thank you so much you guys.

Stopped by on a whim and found some interesting orange natural wines. Definitely a unique and curated selection, and the prices were reasonable for the quality (think I spent $40-50 for two bottles). If you need a unique bottle to impress that won’t break the bank, go here. Super convenient location too!

It was a nice small place with friendly staff. But only one bottle of Washington State wine, that set me back 44 dollars...
