McDonald's

We ordered through the app tonight and the order was delayed in sending through. When we got there they couldn't find it. Apparently closing the app fixed it, even though we already confirmation email. But the folks here were super nice about it and didn't give up. Made all the food fresh and even left a little bonus in the bag to make up for the inconvenience. Stuff happens, especially with technology and they handled it humbly without getting upset.

Guess my experience here was different that most people who visit this location; the line moved quickly, and the chicken biscuit was excellent. Wish I could get ones like this back home.

This McDonald's just seems to always get thing better than what we would expect!!
They are consistently friendly, clean, and get my orders correct.
Furthermore, they accept my competitors coupons while also being very friendly about it.
Their food service SANITATION score stays above a 98!!!! So,..... I'll choose this McDonald's to always prepare my needy meals, and furthermore, while I'm on a quick run.

Went in today and was super impressed with great service and hot fresh food. The lady manager was very outgoing, friendly, and personable,... to everyone. I even told her how awesome of a job she was doing.

Food was made good, but the star of the show was the woman working behind the counter and directing the kitchen. You can tell the workers were having a good day and also she was pleasant to every single person who walked up. Great experience & loved hearing her interact with everyone!

Just went through the drive thru and the lady working the window was as nice as could be. Helpful and working with the best attitude! She was doing all she could do and serving rude customers with kindness. She needs a raise

All decked out for Christmas it was beautiful people were friendly.

I eat at the place for breakfast, supper and late night for 3 days in a row. The food was above par when compared to other McDonald's.
The drive thur line was slow but it seemed to get backed up with vehicles all at once.
The Staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was overall clean.

I went through the drive thru for a quick bite before hitting the road on a 5 hrs drive back to Washington DC. It was very peaceful while eating my breakfast! Just what I like - PEACE!

I hadn't had a Big Mac in over 2 years. I live on an island 30 Miles or so off the East coast of the United States. The nearest McDs is over an hour away. It was Friday night and the drive thru was packed but the staff was really pleasant and gave me tons of extra ketchup for the fries (also fantastic). I passed up on a good sit down meal and it was totally worth it! Highly recommended.

Despite the wait, which was expected, the employees did everything possible to satisfy the customers and the order was accurate. We had a large order at that... The manager was completely in tune with everything and unnecessarily apologetic the wait. Everyone was doing everything possible to satisfy orders. It was satisfying to see everyone there with positive a attitude. A great start to our stay in frisco.

It was late and woman working the window was doing the best she could.
She took care of everyone eventually, hopefully everyone was kind because she was working hard.

I stopped in to use the restroom. But didn't want to be that guy, so i ordered a drink. But i was honestly mad i wasn't hungry. The mcdonalds was super clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The food i seen come up while i was in line looked amazing. Defiantly not the over crowded run down tourist dump i was expecting. Next time in the area. I'll be eating here.

I loved seeing an actual lighthouse. The size was much bigger than I expected and it was quite beautiful. You couldn't got inside it when I visited, but was told it would soon open up for inside visits. I would recommend going to see it.

I had the pleasure of placing my order with Betty Lou in the drive threw this morning, and it was a great experience. Souch gentle southern hospitality in her voice and very polite. When i got to the window i was greated with a smile by one of the students and my food was ready by time i got my change back. All around great experience today. Thank you

I bought two crispy chicken meals and one filet-o-fish meal. As usual, the food was delicious.

I love McDonalds. But I am just like everyone else.why do they never have ice cream..problem w machine, PLEAS just take it off the menu. You wait in drive thru to always hear , sorry no ice cream! Staff is always so nice about it

It is not often that i am impressed by a McD's but at this location I was really impressed with the speed and accuracy of the order. The lady working the window double checked our order and caught a small mistake, fixing it right away. This is how this place should be, hopefully other locations are taking note.

Fast and excellent services. Plus they got my order right with no meat. I'm a vegetarian and a lot times places like fast food add meat, so I appreciate that they did not do that:)
