On Labor Day at 1:30 we arrived. Chris, the bartender, took care of us, we got burgers right before the kitchen closed. Ample selection of beers, great food and excellent service! Got to see the Apple Festival parade from indoors, AC, music and all!

Great service . Very attentive servers . Loves the atmosphere . The food was delicious . I have eaten here several times . Never disappointed . And Hendersonville is such a nice town . Came for the Apple Festival . A perfect spot to stop in for a meal after walking up and down the street exploring .

I love a good burger. These are great burgers! They have really good sweet potato fries as well. My wife orders the chicken fingers and really likes them. Something that I really appreciate them placing on the table is Organic Ketchup and Sea Salt. Bye, bye high fructose corn syrup. Kids are welcome here as well.

I had a Reuben sandwich it was great. My wife and me were at the apple festival 2021. It was nice too lots of crafts.

Best service we’ve ever had in Hendersonville! Lauren was fantastic! Our delicious meals came quickly to the table while we were enjoying our ice cold beers from the extensive list of drafts. Never disappointed here. Great pub ambience. Wonderful place to meet friends.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Fun atmosphere and an extensive menu for food and drinks.

The fried pickles are wonderful.
Today we had the BST ,bacon spinach and tomato, and the barbecue cheddar burger. Great food best service on Main St.

Great late night eatery! The loaded nachos are always my go to here, however the wings are delicious as well! Different variety of foods to choose from. Wide selection of beer available. Food is always a little slow coming out, even on slow days but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Food was fantastic. The beer cheese Philly had just a tad too much cheese on it. The pretzel was perfect. My wife loved the tea. She said it wasn't too sweet like others have.

Visited here on St Patrick's day, the place was hopping. I had a couple pints of Guinness draft and a dish of Sheppard's pie. Delicious.

A lovely place to stop for a meal in the midst of a busy day in downtown Hendersonville! We sat outside in a nicely shaded area and enjoyed a well prepared meal! The server provided us with a water bowl for our dog and useful insight into the menu! Accommodative staff, good food, great spot!

Sandwiches were really good. Husband got the wrong one but didn't notice til half was gone. Staff brought original sandwich to take home. Great place to grab a quick bite or relax watch a game and drink some beer. They got a bunch of brands.

This place didn’t even pop up on our search for places to eat downtown which was surprising! Several places that came up were pricey or had limited menues. So, we decided to park and walk around to see what we wanted. We are so glad we did!!! Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for; the atmosphere, the menu, the beer and the price. I chose the house salad and added steak. Perfection! My husband got the bangers and our son got the fish and chips. We all loved our meals (and each other’s as we allowed each other samples). If we lived closer, we’d eat here every night! Oh and the service was outstanding (I really should’ve mentioned that first).

If you are ever in Hendersonville North Carolina stop in to this Irish Pub. They have the best Reubens I have ever had. They have somehow perfected the meat, crout, and dressing ratio on a perfectly toasted marble rye! I was able to keep the sandwich entirely together the whole time. Crazy, I know, for a Reuben but still enjoyed every delicious bite.

Food was excellent.
Salmon with wilted spinach, fennel, tomatoes.
My husband ordered the triple pepper angus burger with fries.
That was excellent also.
Peanut butter- chocolate pie was delicious.
Service was great.
Atmosphere was pleasant.
Music, but not too loud.

Excellent nachos. Excellent jalapeno dip. The service was prompt and polite. We'll come back for sure.

Slow down, sit back, and enjoy your company. What a gem this place is. Best burger I’ve had in a very long time. We will make the drive just to visit.

The Black Rose is a homey neighborhood Irish bar with great food!
We had the fried pickles and the lemon parm chicken wings as appetizers. We washed them down with a Peachful beer from Highland Brewery.
The husbands had the Bangers and Mash and the wives had the warm spinach with bacon and goat cheese salad. The gravy on the bangers and mash is an explosion of flavor!
The friendly wait staff was a plus.

A classic public house in every sense of the word. Spacious, high ceilings, Good seating options, cool design and atmosphere. Great beers, mostly from the region. One unusual treat that is worth the stop for no other reason is that it's a true "scratch" kitchen. They actually make the corned beef on site. Everything else is made up fresh too.
