Cupcake Royale

Cupcake Royale is a cute little cupcake store in Madrona. The cupcakes are so good. I had the lemon drop. Each bite was a burst of lemony deliciousness. They come in a cute little box if you decide to take them out of the store. The store itself is clean. Staff is nice. We will definitely be back when we get a sweet youth.

Wow! Loved the cupcakes here. I got three with my boyfriend - the cinnamon roll, the apple spice, and the triple berry pie. All of the them were so so so so so good, especially the apple spice. I believe all of them were seasonal, so I wanna go again soon. Also had a great iced latte! And the guy behind the counter was really nice.

In my opinion, the best cupcake ever. And I've looked! I'm solely down for vanilla, favorite icing is lavender. Coffee drimks good enough to be a plus. Service is capable and cheerful. Favorite location? Cupcakes are enough.

Came in at 5pm and they had happy hour for the cupcake. Got 2 for 1. Great service

Hands down the best cupcakes in the Seattle area. The staff is so friendly here! I’ve ordered for birthday parties before and there hasn’t once been a mix up with my order. If you stop by for just one cupcake they also have coffee and a variety of other pastries as well in their shop. They even have gluten free options and I like how they source their ingredients locally.

This was my favorite spot to stop with the kiddos I nannied. The cupcakes were always yummy and the coffee helped me get through chaotic toddlers. I moved out of state, got married and have kids of my own now and I find myself wanting to load them up in the car for a trip down memory lane. I wish we had a Cupcake Royale in Boise!!

The remodel looks super nice definitely was a cute upgrade and the coffee seems to have gotten better! It was lacking pre remodel. I’m glad it’s coming together :) love to stop in for the cupcakes and my favorite the mini pumpkin loaf when they have it!!

Delicious cupcakes and ice cream sandwiches. Coffee can be hit or miss depending on time of day, but overall a very cute little cafe.

The owner, Mary, donates unsold cupcakes to homeless outreach each week. Her staff are so lovely and helpful. The cupcakes and pumpkin bread are delicious. If you have a choice, definitely go here. Lovely place to hang out.

Simply the best coffee place in the area. The cupcake safe to die for, the atmosphere is quirky and quintessentially Madrona. College students, families, elderly couples show up during the weekend. I wrote most of my grant proposal and papers (I'm a researcher) while sipping giant lattes at this place, and I am thankful for it's existence.

I've visited this place for going on years now, they have shown my art and they love supporting local artists!

The cupcakes are great! I've tried almost everyone, they have a nice traditional range with some twists, still my fave is the velvet elvis and the red velvet (i never thought i'd actually like red velevet). Coffee is very good too and a great variety of designer sodas and breakfast sandwiches.

What sets this place apart from the rest is the absolutely awesome staff, I love them all, and the fact is they get a very busy local crowd which is super family friendly, always a sweet dog to say hi to outside. This place has great energy, and feels like a genuine functioning coffeehouse with added child appeal.

Best cupcakes ever! Anyone who doesn't agree, clearly has insufficient culinary taste- You can tell they use quality ingredients. I've had cupcakes literally all over the world and still have yet to find something better.

So sweet! I popped in last minute last week while on a walk and loved it :-) The strawberry cupcake was delish, as well as the latte. Would return for sure!

Of the Seattle Cupcake Royales this location is the best since it isnt super busy and parking is actually possible. They usually have a good stock of the cupcakes here since it isnt a hot spot like the main one. It's usually nice and quiet here so you can get your cupcakes in peace.

Nothing better on a rainy day than a great cup of coffee and something sweet to tide me over. Worthwhile for the quality of coffee alone, but the cupcakes are amazing.
