I had such a wonderful and positive experience at Heart Strings Intimate Apparel. When I entered the shop, I was pleasantly greeted by Ulrike. She asked me what brought me in, and I let her know what I needed. She was able to measure me and fit me, efficiently and effectively. She was so very courteous, professional, and helpful. She heard my list of requests and was able to find items that met my needs, fit perfectly, and felt great. She kept track of what I purchased in case I would like to get more of any of them in the future. I was not rushed. I was not pressured. I was not an inconvenience and I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I have never had a more positive experience with purchasing bras as I did with Ulrike at Heart Strings Intimate Apparel. Based on my positive experience, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend...!

I was in desperate need of a bra after significant weight loss, I was in and out with a bra in under 30 minutes. Bras are brought in room and put on you and assessed for correct fit. She decided what was a perfect fit and tells you how to correctly wear a bra/position your breast inside the cups. Amazing! I will forever recommend this place and will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful fitting experience however be prepared to wait a long time for anything that needs to be shipped. It has been a disappointing experience for me. I purchased my bra a month ago and I still have not received it and the communication has been reactive.
