For years Joseph has been the place for Luxury Men’s wear in Hendersonville NC. I shop whenever I can, the fabrics are wonderful to the touch and with Joseph’s
ability to create an impeccably well dressed man you understand why he is the premier men’s shop in Western NC. It is Monday and I forgot he is closed today.

Whenever I go, I feel attended to and listened to, while also getting expert assistance in choosing extremely high quality and interesting clothes. Mr. Laughter works with you individually, and his selection is well curated, displayed nicely. He knows what you might want to try on, and can steer you towards what you need. It's always a treat to shop there. A fine local business.

I went to Joseph for a complete outfit for my daughter's wedding, and he couldn't have been more knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I ended up with a perfectly tailored suit plus shoes, a belt, two ties, two shirts, and socks. A great experience!

First time coat buyer with remorse that Joseph is unwilling to ensure customer satisfaction with an item after they leave the store. Knowing this was my first coat and that I wanted to take it home and try it with other pants/shirts I already have, he didn’t caution me that once the coat left the store there would be nothing I could do to exchange it later. Lesson learned. A caution to other first timers. We had a very pleasant experience in store which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Update- Hi Joseph, based on your reply you must have me mixed up with another customer. I purchased a navy blue blazer for full price of $421 after tax. It would have been great of you to offer a discount which you apparently did for another customer, but when I asked about one on the jacket you said no. You met my family in store and as referenced in my review had a very pleasant experience in store. This issue I had retrospectively is that you didn’t inform me of your no return policy knowing it was my first time purchasing a jacket. I’m sorry for what sounds like a terrible experience you had with someone else.

My friend Dave Hirschman experienced terrible service here. Buyer beware.
