Recently had a car accident (someone plowing into me on the freeway). I am completely fine, but my car was totaled. I was referred to Fisher Stark by my chiropractor. Over Zoom, Brad Stark met with me for 40 minutes and was very helpful. He explained that because they are personal injury attorneys, and that I sustained no injuries, I really did not need to work with a personal injury attorney. What he did do, was take the time to explain how the system works, and gave me the step by step process I could use to accomplish dealing with the insurance company (and all the various things that entailed) to get things resolved. When I first went to see Brad Stark to file an auto accident claim, I'd interviewed several lawyers--He was the only one that seemed to understand and empathize with me ref my distress at no longer being able to compete as a ballroom dancer. I felt like an incredible blessing appeared in my life when I found FISHER STARK P.A. I was given 5 names of law firms after my auto accident in 2012.
