Insider tip for pickup and delivery: ask them NOT to cut the pizza, and do it at home. It keeps the crust much crispier and you can put the whole pizza in the oven to heat and keep hot.

The new garlic stuffed crust is amazing! So cheesy and baked to perfection! The staff at this location are amazing. The GM is so dedicated to her job and staff and it really shows. Fast, hot, fresh pizza what more could you ask for.

Ordered a pizza tonight. They started to deliver the wrong one and I saw them turning around. I called the store and the manager was very nice. They made a new pizza and delivered it. I’m from the New Jersey/New York area. The NY Style crust is pretty decent. And they are always nice when delivering.

I've been ordering pizzas from this Papa John's location for over 20 years, back to my childhood. It's truly a gem of Hendo as their excellent quality and service has only remained constant or improved over such a long time. Seriously, out of all the Papa John's locations I've ordered from in the many places I've been throughout my life, none are quite as exceptional as this one. It's also worth noting that the current GM is a model manager; genuine care for customers and employees alike can always be counted on.

My daughter had Papa Johns pizza at a football game and fell in love with it. Since then we order there often. The staff is amazing and friendly. When we do pick up Jamie and Nancy are always greeting us with a smile and excellent customer service. Pj has been our delivery driver and she is absolutely hilarious! Thank you for the great service and hot pizza!

Employees are great and so is management. Food is really good and made fresh.

That was the best pizza ever eaten! Xlarge NY style with pepperini and extra cheese. It was a little expensive but worth it.

On July 4th we order pizza. It was made just like I ordered it. Also I think Papa John's has out of a rating of 1 to 10. They r a 10.

I always order from the app, they often have deals there and there's a rewards program. Pizza is always hot, tasty, and because I live about 13 minutes away, place the order then go pick it up through the drive thru window. People are always friendly and have a kind word to say. Done this many times and I've not had a unpleasant experience. There are many pizza places in the area now (up from almost none). We enjoy Papa John's a lot!

At specifically the 150 First Ave in Hendersonville, NC location of Papa John's, the staff really went above and beyond. The made a specially heart-shaped pizza for my friend and wrote a sweet sympathetic note for him after he lost his dad. They made a beautiful pizza that they clearly put a lot of kindness and consideration into. Jamie was so helpful and compassionate, and I really appreciate their help! I'm far away from my friend geographically, and they helped me support him with his favorite food - a good ol' pizza with all the works.

When I first discovered Papa John’s was here, I thought to myself, “oh, how lucky!” I used to work at this location. Even when I stopped being the one to make the food and take the orders, it’s still just as delicious and prompt. We are so lucky to have a Papa John’s. I’ve eaten perfect pizza from Brooklyn, NY, or like, St. Mark’s Place, or even in southern suburban New York, and while THIS pizza is widely divergent from all of that, it’s still really, really good. I hope everyone has the same experience as I have had, eating delicious special pizza made by some very committed, hardworking individuals. I repeat, Hendersonville is LUCKY to have a PJ’s. Go easy on the criticism is what I hope folks will do. Did you know more flies with honey than vinegar goes twice over for pizza places? The reason being, it’s still Italian, so be kind, and grateful. Then, you will receive in kind. Just because one experience included late and wrong doesn’t mean that was the intention, nor should one time be for all time. Sometimes I wonder about this town. So they messed up, so? I remember I saw one guy walk out saying he’d never come back because the pizza wasn’t ready exactly on time on a Friday night. My dear lord, I feel like this Papa John’s gets targeted. Come in and make it yourself then, that’s what I did.

Reliably great pizza, love the sweetness of their sauce, the lightness of the crust and of course the garlic sauce!

Great staff at this store went that extra mile to make sure customer was taken care of... The delivery guys car broke down an almost had issue almost didn’t get my order... These folks came through and I got my pizza in a timely manner.. They could have just said too bad, but they made it happen. The gal that delivered my order had awesome attitude, and was very courteous and apologized for delay... A++++
The manager needs to promote that gal don’t have name , but delivery was on 7/15/20 Hampton Inn Hendersonville...

The lobby isn't open only the drive through. It is a very difficult area to get out of.

The pizza was top notch and the gentleman that waited on me has a beautiful spirit and he was kind and considerate!!!!! Blessings!

We just showed up at Papa John's and I got my pizza in 10 minutes..

Just on a stroll on main street and decided we wanted pizza and the, the restaurants on main st had just closed but papa John's was just a block down and have some great carry out specials!! So grabbed a pizza, took it back up to main street, grabbed some chairs at a place with outdoor dining and had a great pizza, much cheaper than it would have been at the restaurant, and had a nice time with a great pizza!!

Mitchell went over and beyond to get our order right & was very reassuring and got me as many coupons as possible. He said he’s upcoming to try and be manager & I think he would be absolutely GREAT!!!

Manager trained, the staff provides exactly what you ordered and even has a follow up in place to make sure that 100% guest delight!

Being a transplant from the east coast this is no paisinos or Pat's that's a fact but I can tell you I've eaten at papa John's all over this wonderful country of ours and this one is in the top 3 period. Tasty food and awesome service, keep up the great work team and I'll continue enjoying your masterpieces!!
