Stepping Stone Rehab Inc. Physical Therapy

I was hesitant to start physical therapy for Kegel exercises. But I am so glad I did. I’ve been working with Shannon and she is wonderful. She’s so gentle and makes you feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I trust her very much. I would recommend her to anyone needing PT. Definitely a five star rating.

I have had the need for a physical therapist twice over the past 15 years for tough issues. I saw several providers for the first one, but thankfully landed at Stepping Stone Rehab. Julie at Stepping Stone Rehab has been an instrumental part of my healing journeys! It is a great comfort to know that I can access her wealth of knowledge and care when I need it. When Julie was not available, Shannon too, provided the same level of expert treatment.

I have received excellent PT from the very experienced therapists Julie Rollins and Shannon Dunlap over the years. They helped me tremendously with my back and shoulder orthopedic issue using hands on soft tissue manipulation and myofascial work to speed my recovery as well as giving me a regimen of effective exercises to do at home for strengthening and increasing my flexibility. So grateful for their expertise!

The PT I am having there has been a real life changer. Shannon, the therapist I am working with, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand the process and that I’m doing things in the correct way. On top of that everyone working there is very nice and has a great sense of humor.

Shannon with Stepping Stone Rehab is fantastic. I am a runner and had a lot of issues after giving birth. She assessed my issues and made a plan for me to reach my goals. With her help, I was able to get my body back to working as it was pre pregnancy and am on track to hitting my running goals.
