Went there for passport photos. Staff was very kind! She told us in advance the cost for 10 photos, took her time to take the photo and the quality was perfect. They offer 50% off on additional sets of passport photos, which we appreciated of course (in many stores, you have to pay full price for each 2-photos whereas the big work is to edit it!). I recommend it 100% for service and kindness..

These are some of the nicest people that I’ve met in my sad time in this city. They have been so helpful with providing pack materials, copying/printing services, of course mailing, and just general kindness. They go above and beyond, and I wish there were more places that treated their customers like this.

Really nice people. I requested the mail call thing on my box when first moving here, but for some reason the shipper people didn't put it on the box and the guy in front waived the fee for me. They make moving to here and getting mail super easy, definitely recommend them

The do passport photos as advertised. 15 dollars for 2, quick and easy.

Helpful staff, reasonable prices. You can call them and get a person that will answer your questions. Great place to go for your mail and passport photo needs.

I had to renew my passport and this place made it a easy breezy experience! They take photos, print, and ship everything! I’m so glad that this business is around. The guy even checked the expedited passport address, made sure I had all the right docs and checks and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Support your local businesses, especially if you don’t want to own a printer!

I used this shop to return an item via UPS. They helped packing the item and they were careful on packaging. Great customer service and I only paid 1.38 USD for packaging and they accept credit card.

I had such incredible service from Margaret today! She took my passport picture, stapled it on my passport application and helped me figure out the best way to mail it. She was friendly, efficient and patient! Thank you Margaret!

I don't normally write reviews, but this place is honestly the best. I didn't realize you could have a favorite shipping store until I went here. Staff is super friendly, they work hard, and they get you the right price for what you're sending. Whether you have one small item or a huge shipment, they work quickly and efficiently with you. I'm a huge fan and recommend this place to everyone I know.

The lady in charge is amazing. I have been a customer for over 6 years. I plan on staying a customer for many more years. I travel a lot and she forwards me all my packages all over the world for me. 👍🙏

Wow! The Mailbox staff and their services are amazing! Margaret and Daniel are so great to work with, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We've work with them for large poster prints, foam core printing, table tents and 8x11 color prints and have been impressed every time.

We are based overseas and use the Mailbox for local mail. Their service has been fantastic. When you’re based overseas finding a reliable service can be difficult. Visited the store today for the first time in person and I highly recommend them. Great service and nothing is a problem.

I've been using The Mailbox Seattle for many years now and have always had top rate service. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They offer service with multiple carriers so I always get the best bang for my buck. I get my digital art prints made there as well and have never been disappointing. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I’ve had a managed mail-service here for two years, while moving around to four countries, over 20 cities during this time—because of the team and Anytime Mail app, I have had flawless and prompt access online to my mail for myself and my US-based business! It’s incredible. They record, scan, shred, forward, mail and packages even deposit checks for me whether I’m thousands - or ten - miles away. If you travel, move, or just not sure what’s ahead—check it out. I’ll retain this service/mailbox for years to come. It’s not just me. Stopped in to send a return package through USPS. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind! I’ve been to multiple postal services in Seattle and this was by far the most straightforward and enjoyable experience. I’ll continue to use this location for all my future needs. 10/10 recommend.
