Chef Tony recently catered our daughters wedding.
He was a dream to work with and took care of everything by phone, email, and text from advising us of menu options and costs, making suggestions for things we hadn't thought of because HE KNOWS HOW WEDDINGS WORK, to confirming times, dates, invoices, and repeating, "Don't worry. We've got everything under control. It's going to be a great event!"
Tony met me first thing before the wedding and showed the layout of buffet and drink tables, already being positioned and readied for guests.
His staff are culinary students who were the most elegant and proficient young ladies and gentlemen that I have had the privilege to observe. Not a single empty plate or glass hit the table that it wasn't swept away and taken out of sight. Bravo!!
The sausage balls are a prime choice and guests are still talking about the Lemon Pesto Chicken!!!! The bride's choice was Raspberry Lemonade that was not only refreshing but, just happened to match one of the key theme colours.
Looking for someone to do it all and take the responsibility out of your hands? Chef Tony is the person to hire. You won't have to think about the catering because he'll make sure it goes off without issue and is done just right.
And, if you have to ask (like I did), you get to take the leftovers home!!
I only have one child but, I'll sure be recommending Chef Tony to everyone that asks if I know a good caterer.

Chef Tony and his crew have some of the best customer service ever. The food is customizable to your dietary needs and or restrictions, and they put a lot of care and compassion into making your wedding day catering the best it can be. I would recommend them for any special event.

Our experience with Chef Tony was amazing. The food was delicious....chicken, ham, potatoes and carrots and rolls, and tea and lemonade!! He brought everything needed and left all leftovers for us. He cleaned everything up
