Lanier's General Store

We have shopped at Lanier's several times over the past couple of years. They have a great assortment of artisan goods from moonshine stills to handmade soaps and jams. The owners do a LOT to support the local community. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and good ol fashioned Southern hospitality! If you're in Pigeon Forge or Sevier County, add this quaint little country store to your agenda!

The GREATEST shop in Pigeon Forge Wears Valley area EVER!! They hosted a moonshine still building class, and while we was there I started my Christmas shopping. I love supporting local artist and this is the shop to do it at. The owners will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need too!!

We was there over the weekend at a still building class they hosted. I learned alot at it and the owners had lunch for us both days. The wife absolutely loves supporting local people and was happy to find things from the tv shows The Moonshiners and The Bradshaw family from Homestead Rescue. I was happy that they have moonshine supplies and we will most definitely frequent this business!

My husband and I visited Lanier’s on our last day in TN. What a beautiful little store. It’s a hidden gem. They have beautiful items for sale. I was able to pick up a few knickknacks including some of my favorite things which include cows and dogs. My husband was able to get supplies for his still. We will be back for sure.

I am not even sure where to start on how wonderful this shop is and the owners are the nicest!! I have purchased many things from this store and will continue to do so! If you aren’t in the area no need to worry. They will ship the item to you! Check out their social media for what is available! The process to pay to get shipped are easy and convenient! The packaging was outstanding and shipping was very fast! I reached out to the owner and had an idea of a sign we wanted made for our home! She made the idea a reality and we couldn’t love it more! This is the first picture! The second picture is of what was received today in the mail! These are not the only pieces we have purchased from this amazing store but a few that are truly special! My heart 💜 lives in the Smokey Mountains!

We visited the store last year and loved it. A couple months ago I did an online order from their Paulette Coultier merchandise. They were very helpful with this non techy person. The order came very quickly and in perfect shape. Can't wait to visit them in May 2024. Also LOVE following them on Facebook

We visited for the first time in September. 2023 Seen the advertising and the unique different items they have. I was very impressed with the store as they had so many wonderful items some handmade. Some hand painted. Some carving of the bears outside the store. Very friendly staff.was nice visiting with the gal working that day . I forgot her name she was painting on some trucks with whiskey barrellsl in the back of them. I was going to try and get back there before we had to leave and didn't make it. I give this store a 5 star review. Always having something different daily...

We visited in May 2023. This store was on my must see list after learning about it. And I must say it didn't disappoint. I was able to get several hand crafted items and my husband visited with Granny while I shopped. I love my purchases and wish that I lived closer. I will definitely be back on my next trip

If you're looking for a place to grab awesome souvenirs, and get a little bit off the main drag, this place is perfect! A really neat cozy general store with lots of local-made gifts and foods. The building was built in the 1940's and the owners were great and really helpful. There is also an antique store next door we stopped at that makes another great stop while you are there. They are also a Veteran owned business.

We visited this store because it is volunteer firefighter owned…and with my husband and I both being volunteer firefighters we like to support our own. We were greeted warmly when we walked in and I just loved everything in the store. We got some adorable firefighter black bears and some coffee for a friend. Looking forward to visiting again when we come down in November!

Definitely a hidden gem of the smokies. And if you love the moonshiners show like me check them out they have a lot of moonshiners signed merch. And moonshine grains. And the owner is such a nice person. Go check them out. And if you like “butterbean” the boxer/mma/ jackass and appeared on moonshiners season 13 they also have his autographs

Excellent small shopping experience just off the parkway and across from goats on the roof mountain coaster. Owner is very friendly with lots of cool items in the store to choose from. Support your small businesses and you won't be disappointed. A++

Wonderful little shop! The owner is very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Many places barely acknowledge your presence but not here! Quality craftsmanship and some very unique items are found throughout the shop. Definitely worth a visit!

Love this little quant store. Full with local crafts and goodies. Owner is as sweet as they come. She tried to get people involved and have events open to the public often. Can't go wrong here! Keep it local!!

While on vacation I stopped here and the host was amazing! She also had a lot of neat trinkets, collectibles and souvenirs. If you’re in the area I’d highly recommend stopping here.

First I will admit that I'm one of the vendors here. Second I love that the selection of handmade items they have. So many talented artisans. So if you want a souvenir not "made in China" this is the place to go.

Made a purchase over the phone a couple of times. Nice lady to work with. Always got my order out the next day. They have some really great merchandise to choose from.

Had a great time at the still building class. Well worth the trip. A free lunch each day with the class made the class just that much better. The general store has so many options everyone would find something you just got to have.

Super friendly store owner more than willing to tell you all the good places to visit in town, and she has a unique selection of locally crafted products and souvenirs. It's a stop you will not regret.
