Margaritaville - Pigeon Forge

We dined here for lunch on December 28, 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Our wait was quoted for 15 minutes, but we were seated within 8 minutes. The front desk was able to accommodate our party of four including one member with mobility issues.

We ordered the Volcano Nachos and the Teriyaki Shrimp and Chicken. Both were fresh and delicious.

Justin at the bar did double duty behind the bar and as our server. He was friendly and attentive.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Jimmy the manager is absolutely amazing and so is Casandra (cass) the waitress, they made the atmosphere 10/10! Service was great! Food was great, drinks were great! Everything was amazing! Cass accommodated us well, as well as Jimmy both had excellent conversations with us and made the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville experience amazing! Would highly recommend!!

Food: 8/10 incredibly delicious. The Guacamole for the quesadillas was well made. Great meal size. Pretty expensive though.
Service: 10/10 Samantha was probably one of the best waitresses I’ve met. She was attentive and had great meal suggestions. I liked every option. Very easy to talk to. Had an issue with the taste of the beer but the issue was quickly resolved. Fries were given not hot but just like with the beer, this problem was solved nice and easy. I highly recommend having Samantha as a waitress. I also recommend the new “mountain margarita” I could not get enough of this drink. I’m not a huge fan of how alcohol tastes but I wanted to give this a try and it tastes similar to a slushee and could barely taste any alcohol. I loved it. The “blueberry pomegranate margarita” was great as well but you could definitely taste the alcohol in it. Both drinks were amazing and the quesadilla was perfect.
Atmosphere: kid friendly, open spaces, small booths (for 7 people), view was incredible from upstairs, bathrooms were clean, great location, stairs and elevator for easier accessibility.

Best experience ever! Jimmy the manager was so nice and accommodating for us! Then stopped by our table to make sure we were happy (which we were because of him) and had everything we needed. We didn’t mean to be needy customers, but we kind of were. Jaelyn was our waitress and she was also amazing! She was attentive and always had a smile on her face. Both of them should be recognized for going above and beyond for their customer service! Our entire experience was wonderful because of them. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Sat at the outside bar as they were busy inside. It was a bit chilly, so it was empty outside. Makayla was great and gave great drink recommendations! Shrimp and Grits and Jambalaya were amazing as well!

Heavily understaffed for a Friday night and they should have given our waitress help for our party of 25. Not only did she have our party but she had other tables as well. Every time I looked around to see if management could help her, they were walking around with a tablet in their hand looking at tables.

However, our waitress KILLED it and got us everything that we requested. She was a star!! Food was good and it all came out at the same time.

Great spot in a tourist hot spot. Inside was cool, outside had live performance next to a creek, rounding out the atmosphere. Wait time was 60 minutes (but you can eat at the bar immediately if you find a spot), which we did.
Jambalaya and chicken chop salad were outstanding along with the lava lava shrimp

Nachos were huge and yummy and Margaritas were wonderful. If you go have Crystal be your waitress. She’s the absolute best! Jimmy was also very kind and made sure our experience was the best. We couldn't recommend them more!

A bit pricey. However, food was great! A lot of options for the whole family. Loved the interior decorations, and the lit up cups you can buy for kids as souvenirs. Our waiter was also very attentive. It was busy. But he always kept up with refilling our drinks without us asking. He deserved a great tip! They also had a dj playing in the balcony outside and then a band playing in the back. Would recommend.

Restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food and beverages! Service was great - my party of 5 was accommodated fairly quickly and our waitress was very nice. Highly recommend the Mountain Margarita and the Caribbean Chicken Egg Rolls appetizer!

It was a good day when our work team go together for a day of fun. We had some good food and enjoyed the restaurant and the service we received when visiting your faculty

Our waitress was samantha and she was beyond great. She was sooo friendly and truly cared about us. We even left with a hug. Plan on going again tomorrow night and we hope we get her table. She is a super asset to the Margaritaville Restaurant. Highly recommend.

Place was great. Very loud. Wish the food had bigger portions. Some did. Some didn't. For four people with alcohol and food, our total was over 200. We each had two drinks so that makes sense I guess. Tho shrimp an grits shouldn't be 20 bucks. I had the coconut shrimp an fries. Also kind of weird it was 20.

Our server Samantha is what every restaurant needs. We're four hours from home and I would drive back here just for her service. She was very attentive to waiting on our table and the food came out hot and delicious. She has a warm and up beat attitude and she does her job with pride.

No, I didn't get wasted away, but I did get a margarita in a souvenir cup, which, I was told, can be refilled at any Margaritaville at a discount price. We had volcano nachos, named for the huge pile you get. My problem with that is that you end up with a lot of chips with no toppings, as shown. Why not get a canoe shaped dish and call it a Boat Load of Nachos. The support beams of the canoe could be holders for the little cups of jalapenos.

We stop at the island on the way to Gatlinburg when we get to visit. We eat here every time because the volcanic nachos are delicious. They are 20 dollars but they give you enough to split with someone. Me and my girlfriend couldn't even finish them. Don't let the 20$ throw you off bc it easily feeds two especially if you are craving appetizer food.

Was so good the first time we went we went here later in the week. The food was great. Atmosphere is amazing. The service the 2nd time was sub-par. Recommend the egg rolls!

Came here for lunch on a Friday when my wife and I first rolled into town. Wasn’t too busy. Sat outside in the back bc we had our two dogs with us. I had the cheeseburger in paradise and sweet potato fries and my wife had the jambalaya. Food came out quickly and tasted great! Had a couple drinks too. All in all, had a great time here.

We came to pigeon Forge and decided to try the Margaritaville there ! As always we had excellent service and the food was great! We sat beside a large party and their children were very behaved but they were very impatient with the sweet hard working waitress Samantha! She was coving several tables and running to take care of us all! One of the ladies at the table said smart snarky remarks about the sweet waitress each time she walked away! We all heard her! But this sweet girl served them each time with a smile. They complained to the manager about her ! WELL I normally stay out of these things BUT I heard and saw all of it ! This young waitress handled herself in a very respectful way ! Thank you Samantha for your patience in that matter we WILL be back

This place was amazing! The volcano nachos is an absolute must try! Me and my husband shared them and couldn't finish! Huge portion and very delicious!

The drinks were the best I've tried in Pigeon forge yet! I had the "It's 5oclock somewhere" and "I'm feeling peachy", both were awesome! The souvenir cup was sweet too!

The atmosphere was awesome and all the staff seemed very friendly. We had Patricia as our waitress and she was very kind! Very helpful when i asked for what drink I should try. I will definitely stop by here again before I leave!
