My friends and I had a GREAT time here at Parrot Mountain! It was such a unique experience and such a fun thing to do with family and friends. The staff was so nice and compassionate towards the birds. The birds and scenery were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend, and would go again! The gift shop options were affordable and adorable. There was a beautiful sitting area with a great view. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible.

Parrot Mountain is an absolutely magical place! I was excited to come here but had no idea how amazing it truly is! The birds are all beautiful and have amazing enclosures and you can tell how loved and taken care of they are! The staff is very friendly and you even get to feed and hold birds! They also have baby birds for sale. I had no idea how loving birds are, George was my favorite, she snuggled on me for the longest time. They even have good food and the place is absolutely breathtaking with all of the gardens in the mountains! 100/10 and I will come back every time I come to the Smoky Mountains!

Such an AMAZING experience!!!!!! Well worth the money. Out of all of the things we did while visiting TN, parrot mountain was by far the best. My partner who is not into being outdoors or around animals was smiling ear to ear which says a lot. He even had us go back to buy more tickets to feed the birds. Please go, you will NOT regret it. Also, thank you to the friendly staff.

We adore this place & go every year to see our bird buddies. The staff is so kind, caring, & knowledgeable. The entire place is so clean. The birds are happy & very well cared for. We love being able to get close to these beautiful creatures & hold the most tolerant ones. I love that you can purchase a bird from them but if something happens that prevents you from properly caring for the bird, you sign a contract to bring it back to the sanctuary for it to be cared for the rest of its life. 💕

We had a blast! The birds are beautiful and clearly marked which ones are friendly and who to handle. Feeding was so, so fun! The habitat mountain itself felt like a rainforest and is exquisitely beautiful. As a lover of Jesus I loved all of the religious touches throughout the park, it added to my love of this amazing place. I totally enjoyed how many things the Parrots could say! SO FUN!

What a lovely place to visit! A quiet, peaceful, place, unlike so many places in touristy Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Beautifully landscaped gardens, lots of gorgeous birds (parrots, macaws) etc. Very relaxing, informative and fun place to visit. You also have the opportunity to be hands on and meet some new feathered friends. Char (owner/manager?) was right there to ask questions and make sure our visit was going well. This would have truly been an opportunity missed if we had not stopped!

This was top of our list of spots to hit on our trip to Tennessee and it did not disappoint. The birds were all so beautiful and lively. We loved spending time feeding them. So many opportunities to hold them. I loved seeing the manger, cross, empty tomb and resurrection- the placards with scripture throughout. Very beautiful

Omg this place is great. If you like bids its worth the trip. So cool to see all the birds. The staff is great, they were both nice and knowledgeable about the birds and the park. Loved that we got to see birds that we never got to before. It was fun to interact with the birds. The baby nursery was lots of fun. Would go back to again. It was all decorated for falland that was nice.

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge since 1978 and this is the first time we have heard of Parrot Mountain and Garden of Eden. I have to say we have missed out. This trip a local gentleman told us about this event and he bragged enormously. I tell you he was absolutely right. The walking tour (or guided golf cart) is a true joy. This sight has lots of God's beauty, from the journey of Jesus' life to the Secret Garden is spirit filled. The over 700 birds, consisting of many local and exotic species, are breathtaking. Take time to go by and visit Parrot Mountain and Garden of Eden. You will be blessed.

This is one of the most amazing and unique attractions I’ve ever been to. This is for all ages and walks of life. As soon as you enter parrot mountain you can feel the heart. This is a small family owned business that pours their heart and soul into what they do. The animals here are so special and treasured. You are able to see and interact with countless numbers of birds that love to be around humans. If you get hungry the kitchen is absolutely incredible and extensive. The landscaping and decor is top notch. I would recommend this attraction to anyone searching for a fulfilling day.

An avian adventure for all ages!
Great for bird lovers and animal enthusiasts alike!
Parrot Mountain is family owned and run. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and ready to make sure you have the best experience possible while visiting their establishment. Take a walk through a winding path, where you will encounter birds of all species, listen carefully as you hear all the many avian voices harmonize amongst the trees.
(The hills can be steep so be prepared for a little bit of a work out.)
Stop in the bird garden for a hands on experience!
Interact with, hold, and feed Macaws, cockatoos, and an assortment of other feathered friends.
Want to make the memories last a lifetime? Have your picture taken buried beneath a dozen or so birds.
The price of the pictures are separate from admission, but worth it because the proceeds go right back to the birds!
For a few dollars on top of admission you can stop in and start a feeding frenzy. Enter the enclosure with a cup of nectar and leave with a smile.
The many colorful birds within will flock to you and your nectar, but may stick around long enough for you to snap a quick pic before the sweet stuff is gone and they move on to the next.
Drop in the nursery for what is my favorite part of Parrot Mountain... baby birds!
Holding these sweet little guys is the highlight of the day and you'll be tempted to take one home with you.
All in all Parrot Mountain is bird paradise hidden on our little corner of the Smokies and you won't regret taking your family to visit, in fact, there is no doubt in my mind that you'll want to visit again and again!

Parrot mountain is beyond lovely!
The birds are so well taken care of and you can tell the owners & workers are all passionate about these animals. The staff handle the birds with gentleness and loving care. Everyone was extremely helpful and filled with joy in what they do.
From the affordable gift shop, stunning views, cleanliness, to the kindness of the staff, this place was a blast!
The gardens were filled with Scripture and beautiful monuments of Christ that represent the heart of this business.
My favorite bird was Sugar! She was so sweet and happy. I highly recommend this experience!

This is a really good time. It's up a steep hill, and the parking lot is on a major slope. It's a lot of hills. So if you have problems walking I would not recommend it.
I love all the patriots they have and that you can hold, feed and pet.
A really good time.

This was amazing! They have so many tame birds and some very unique ones as well. You can tell they truly care for these birds and they are taken care of properly. If you like birds, definitely feed the Lorikeets and bring quarters because you can get bird seed to feed and hold the bigger and smaller parrots in one area (I could’ve spent ALL day there!). If you’re a bird person—this is a must! You might even go home with a new pet! At the end of the zoo they have babies for sale! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

AMAZING if you're looking for a place for people of all ages I highly recommend you check them out. Where else can you spend as much time as you want playing with amazing birds! You can hand feed, hold and play with birds of all ages. The scenery is beautiful and the staff are awesome. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop in. If you feel the price is not worth it, trust me when I say you will be pleasantly surprised. The experience being able to be hands on with 100s of gentle fun birds is worth that alone. They gift shop and cafe are really nice also. The food is awesome, yes it may be a little more then in town but it's worth it. Especially if you get your food and go to the picnic area up the hill to relax. They only issue you may have is you struggle walking up hills it may be tough, however they do have gold carts you can rent on site!

Amazing experience! I highly recommend. There is more than just parrots as well. I do recommend comfortable shoes as there are several steeper climbs that you have to traverse.

Awesome place, inspiring, beautiful, peaceful, and great views not only of the birds but surrounding mountain areas. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. I loved all the pumpkins displayed throughout the park too. Great gift shop and cafe. We had lunch and sat overlooking the mountainous area and it was great.
