Went on a weekday, so it wasn’t packed at all. Enjoyed myself though! The area was clean, and the staff were extremely nice. Definitely would visit again.

Absolutely amazing!!!
For a family of six ages 10-34 this was the highlight of our vacation. It was interactive with props. And a friendly and helpful staff. I cannot wait to go again for another round of fun.

My family went there as a last minute event before heading home from Pigeon Forge. I am so glad we did!!! The kids loved it. Many wax figures and photo ops! Tickets also included the haunted house walk through, staff did a great job at making us jump! Also included was the very cool VR shooting games and a mirror maze. My kids said they will remember that place forever!!

Great place! We had a good time reading all the facts in front of the wax figures. Place is much bigger than it looks!

This was so much fun! For an extra $10, you can add 3 attractions to the wax museum. I would recommend this. Castle of Chaos was our favorite add-on. We did the carnival option. The maze of mirrors was fun also. Outbreak was good, but there was just one actor running through doing the scaring. No photos allowed in this one. The wax museum was really fun. I would suggest taking your time and using the photo props. Veterans get a $3 discount.

We had a wonderful experience. We bought the all Access pass and really enjoyed all the attractions. Definitely recommend. The zombie walk through was amazing.

SO MUCH FUN!! I love that they have props for you to use for photo ops and there is so much to see. The wax figures looked so realistic, I honestly half expected some of them to blink. It's also the closest I will ever get to Leonardo Dicaprio. They also had an entire section dedicated to horror fans, so if you like scream go take a picture with Ghost face. I would visit here again in a heart beat because it felt like every time I turned around there was something there I didn't see before.

To start easy self guided tour and plenty of different celebrities to check out. You can spend plenty of time just looking around and seeing the different people that are in the exhibit. Worth every penny!

My wife and I just got married and my brother-in-law paid for our family of five to go here with him and his family of five. . I've always wanted to come here but it was a little pricey. My family got to experience this and it was amazing! There's a few celebrities that you wish they had, but overall I can't say one bad thing about it. . It's kind of funny seeing how short some of the celebrities are if it's accurate. Even the kids enjoyed it as well! I would definitely go back. We did a package deal and did other attractions as well.

We are a family of 5 and bought the whole packaged deal. (We are from Texas). So it was a bit pricey, but worth it! The wax museum is 2 story with a gift shop. There's props with some of the figures, so we had fun dressing up and taking pictures. In the castle building there's a mirror maze, a zombie outbreak maze you can go through (live people in it, scary for young children), and a 5D shooting game you sit in with a group of people. All very fun!

1st time ever visiting a wax museum and we had a blast taking selfies with all the wax celebrities. We were amazing with how real like the figures were. Some were great replicas and others, not so much, but they nailed if for the most part.

Soooo much fun! Very interesting to know all wax figures are made to size, wouldn't have expected some to be that size lol liked that we can take photos and there are props for some wax figures along the way.

This was definitely a great place to visit and it’s worth it just to get the all access pass. You’re able to visit the museum, the haunted house, the mirror maze and a shooting game for 40 bucks. Overall was super cool

This museum is very neat! I went with my wife and wow it’s almost weird how real the sculptures look! Very cool with snippets about personal achievements of all of the stars. Highly recommend! Price is a little steep for what is offered, but still a good experience overall! Wait was a little long for buying tickets beforehand as well. Not really any incentive to buy tickets before arriving.

This was so much fun! My kiddos & I had a blast! We liked that there were props at many of the figures, so we could be silly in photos!
I recommend the all access pass, so you can also enjoy the castle of chaos experiences too!

Pretty cool, fun watching my daughter try and imitate the celebrities. I would recommend paying the extra for the full experience, not too much more and are worth it. The extras include a 4d simulation ride, two to choose from, we did the carnival which was horror themed, also have a mirror maze and a zombie attraction. Not too scary but definitely has jump scares and loud banging and noises, they do have several exits in case someone gets too scared, I would say for the best experience you should be first otherwise you can see where all the scares happen.
