Full service grocery store has everything you may need. Their firewood bundles are a good deal at $5.19 each. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had plenty of self checkout terminals, but only one that had an actual cashier. During peak times, they should consider opening at least two registers.

Great store, friendly associates. The only thing was I feel bad for the associates, the time that we were stopping I came across the RUDEST customers. God bless ya'll!

Clean well-stocked store. Can get hectic during " the season " and weekends. Not so bad Tuesday thru Thursday.

This is my all time favorite Kroger to shop for my needs. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Since we live in a tourist area this store is busier than most Kroger’s are so if you are in a hurry you may be a little inconvenienced at the checkouts. Just be patient and remember somewhere you will be a tourist also taking advantage of someone else’s favorite store to shop.

I have been coming to this Kroger for the past 5 years, everytime I visit the Pigeon Forge area. Always seems to be clean and the staff is attentive. I have seen the staff making sure the produce is good at 8:00 pm on a Sunday night. Inventory/stock always seems good. This is my grocery store in the area.

It’s nice to have a good quality grocery store while traveling. This Kroger did not raise prices just because it’s a tourist town. They have good quality produce, deli meat and cheese (Boar’s Head), and a butcher block. This is a larger store with lots of options.

Very nice. Not crowded. Big selection and they also have a Starbucks.

Great selection. Wish Arkansas Krogers were stocked like this one!

Very convenient if you are heading out to Brother's Cove.

As soon as we found the Walmart to be super packed, we found that Kroger’s parking lot was less busy. It was a good because the store was not busy and we were able to find everything that we needed. Coming from the Athens, GA area and to see Terrapin beer makes me happy. Great service and clean bathrooms.

Kathleen in the Bakery is an absolute Rockstar. She made me a photo cake to assist in my marriage proposal in record time. My procrastination almost foiled my plans but Kathleen stepped up and saved the day. Give her a fat raise. She is the GOAT.

I was just here for beer but we buy snacks and stuff from here as a family while here on vacation. It's a lot less over bearing than walmart for those families and individuals who need a quiter environment like us. It's right off the park way and much cheaper than Publix. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Love this place. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Store is very clean and well stocked. I do all of my grocery shopping here. The kids love all the perks: free cookies and fruit! We adore Steve and April and all the others in the deli and Jennifer H in self check out. Love the online coupons and the bonus coupons in the mail for card members! The gas fill up is also great. The staff there are always friendly and you can't beat the fuel points!

Our Kroger's here in Sevierville is the best, they have a little construction going on right now but is always extremely clean, all doors at both ends are now open. We have been going there to that store since it opened, which was many moons ago, maybe 15/20 years or so. Everyone that works there has pretty much been there since it opened, and we love everyone there super friendly and truly care that you find everything that you are looking for. Our Kroger's rocks, we will not go to the self checkout at all it doesn't matter how long the lines are, and we just can't go to the new store right next to it.

My experience with Mainstay has been great thus far. I requested an early check in that was short notice and the manager went above and beyond to grant my request. I had no waiting or any confusion upon arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying again!

We used the floral department for our 50th high school reunion and they were wonderful. Incredibly organized, friendly and helpful. The flowers were beautiful. We ordered them from out of town and they made everything so easy

In town for vacation and the store was crazy busy! Elizabeth checked us out and, as busy as the store was and overrun with tourists, she had every right to be over it all. But, she was awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Thanks Elizabeth!
