Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit

Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit has been our doggie daycare choice for over six years. Ruby is loved, well-cared for, and engaged with each visit. She is placed with dogs who are her size and temperament and is offered a variety of activities to enjoy throughout the week. She and her friends have a large outdoor space in which to play, as well as, a spacious indoor space to enjoy when the weather is less than ideal. The Bunk insures that with all of the fun, the dogs have time for lunch and rest. Ruby also spends boarding time at the Bunk when we have to be out of town. The Staff follows our directions for feedings, allows us to bring her favorite blanket/bed, enjoys here usual daycare day and gives her extra love when bedtime rolls around. When it's time for a bath and nail trim we depend on the wonderful grooming staff and have always been pleased with the results! We are grateful to the Bunk'n Biscuit Staff for giving Ruby a wonderful, welcoming environment day after day and year after year! ❤

Very great customer service! My dog came home and took a nap. They said she was runnin around all day with her new friends, she loved it!

Brought our Husky for half a day while traveling. They had an opening for bath time. We came back to a happy clean dog!!! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

Vic does the best with our dog Max! He runs to her when he sees her and nothing makes us more comfortable than the fact he has such a positive attitude. We are very happy with her grooming capabilities!

This will be the second time that Nala spent a few days with them and I was soooo impressed with how excited she got when she realized where we were. It let me know that she was definitely treated really well there and she enjoyed her stay! This second time around she got sick during her stay and the staff contacted me ASAP and took her to our vet to get her checked out. They stayed in contact with me the whole time. I’m truly grateful to the staff for the love and care that they’ve given to Nala while we were away!! Just absolute above and beyond care!! We will continue to return to Bluebonnet for our pet’s boarding needs!!

The groomer I spoke to and the receptionist were both very friendly and professional. I had a misunderstanding due to a miscommunication over the phone when I scheduled a grooming session for my Border Collie, Babe. They patiently explained and helped me to understand without taking offense at my questions, which I greatly appreciated. They also realized that I paid extra for the mouth freshener and promptly escorted my dog (with my lead) to the back to add that service before we left. It took approximately three hours from the time we dropped her off until I received the text that she was ready to be picked up. Overall I’m pleased with the grooming my dog received as well as the great customer service. The price was also reasonable. I’ve been here several times and I plan to return.

I absolutely, positively, and completely trust the care of my dog Lady Heather with the team at Bluebonnet Bunk’n Biscuit. The staff is amazing, the facility is HUGE, they match your pet with similarly behaving dogs to ensure you never need worry about how your friend will be doing during the day. They alternate among outside play, inside groups, rest time, etc. When I bring in my dog she is excited when she comes in and she is worn out on the drive home. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our grand puppies love Bluebonnet Bunk N Biscuits. They enjoy playing with their furry friends. The staff has such caring people and show love to all the animals. This is a great place to take your furry babies. Looking for paw care for your furry babies, then look no further. Lots of pawty’s scheduled throughout the year. Awesomeness!!!

Phoebe had a blast at her first day of daycare! They have pools outside and she absolutely loves all things water, so it’s nice knowing she is getting do her favorite things. Working from home and keeping a 6 month old puppy entertained is not an easy feat so I am very happy Phoebe was well taken care of during her visit. She will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly and professional, the facilities are always clean, and my pup always gets excited when we walk through the door!

They took care of our cat for 5 days. I like how they offer the live stream to login and see your pet. They kept a detailed log of his bowel movements, food intake and all his belongings. He wasn't dirty upon pick up and his kennel was clean throughout his stay. I like how that staff tried to make him comfortable. The only thing I could suggest is get staff a bit more trained for cats not just dogs as they were very hesitant to move him or get him out. I've worked in animal hospitals 10+ years and I've seen some receptionist handle cats way better then 3 of the girls who went in there and tried to move him. Cats hiss. Cats are more naturally stand offish. So maybe just update kennel techs training. Other then that there's really no complain. They kept him clean, fed, alive and petted him after he became comfortable which is just what I was l looking for. Their paperwork is easy and convenient too when sent through email and text links. They're very good with communication. The staff is nice and respectful. Clean upfront and the drive up to drop off and pick up is awesome too. Definitely will use again and recommend. Thanks y'all.

The two girls (Goldens and sisters) really enjoyed doggy day care. Spent the whole day at the facility and appeared to have had a great time. The staff is always so good to understand what are dogs needed. They are sooo tired😂.

Daisy loved her vacation at Bunk’n Biscuit. She played outside with her new friends, and got a Kong treat each afternoon from the friendly staff. The staff sent a puppy postcard to me during her visit (shown below), and they were eager to share stories about Daisy at pick-up. Daisy is relaxing at home after the excitement from her holiday vacation, but looks forward to seeing her friends at Bunk’n Biscuit again soon!

I had booked this last minute before maintenance was doing walk-through a for our apartments. My pup did the doggy daycare and it was super convenient with drop off as early as 6:30 AM. I picked him up after work and he was worn out but very happy. We will definitely be using this in the future, we found a new favorite place!

First time ever boarding a pet. I tried to board both my dog and cat over Thanksgiving, 23rd-25th, and they were really nice and accommodating. I believe I made the reservation during the 2nd week of November, however my dog was waitlisted due to being full so definitely make reservations as early as possible over holidays! My cat was successful boarded here and he looks good and even smells good lol. The staff had good things to say about him and said he did well despite escaping once. Will definitely be using BBB for my pets again

My dog Lilly can be difficult because of her age and arthritis so I needed a groomer that could handle her and Jessica was referred by my veterinarian's office. So happy I was able to get her in! Jessica did a wonderful job and Lilly did pretty good too! Thank you Jessica.

My pups love coming here and come back home tired from a day full of play! The yards are large so the dogs have plenty of room to play. I have had a hiccup before and the manager Sherie, was very accommodating and made my pups feel welcome. 😄

We LOVE bringing our girls, Sophie and Maya to Bluebonnet Bunk’n Biscuit. We take them so they can socialize with other dogs and other people. The caregivers are all wonderful and show love for the animals. The facilities are clean and our girls come home happy and tired. We’ve used the boarding service as well as the in-home pet sitting. I have no complaints and would trust them with our babies any time.
