Pic-n-Pac #14

Shout out to Joe at Pick n Pak 14, Shell Gas station on I35 and Schertz Parkway for fantastic customer service!

My 8th grade son lost his back pack with laptop and phone in it. Well, I got a call from Joe, who found my number inside the bag, letting us know it had been found and he wanted to make sure we got it back. My son and I thank you so much, you rock!!

Convenient place to stop, however, the lines to the soda machine need to be flushed. There is a "dirty" or "old" taste, like there is mold in the lines. I have visited this store randomly for the past two years and the soda always has the unappetizing taste to it.

Great little convenience store. Good breakfast sandwiches, and they carry my favorite cigarillos.

Went to the store for the first time and the clerk was rude..for some reason the first time he made sign for the credit card purchase then after that the person didn't. It was the way his attitude towards me was. I still go but you have to ask yourself that these people know that they rated on goggle...do they care??

Stopped by their car wash today and brush had no soap fed to it at all.

Nothing has improved since it switched to the new owners .The car washes a constant rip off it's never fix its broken all the time

I just got on here to write a review about the self serve car wash & seen the review from 4 months ago. Nothing has changed! Worse self serve car wash. No water pressure, not enough soap to make suds, spot free rinse barely works, using a credit card had to press the button 20 times to stop the timer. Don't waste your time or money.

Seems pic n pac owns this car wash behind the store and it is by far one of the worst self serve car washes I have used. Looks nice but nothing worked right. I could get better pressure out of my water hose at home. High pressure was low pressure so if you used something low pressure like spot free rinse you will only get a small little stream of water what a huge waste of money! I normally go to the much better place on main st by 78 a good small setup car wash.

I've been going to Pic-n-Pac for 5 years now as it is around the corner from where I live. They used to have nice and polite employees who would go out of their way to help you. Not any more, I walked in 15 mins before they were to close and asked the lady at the register if they offer cash back as I need to use the car wash. I was told they do not, which was fine the ATM was one step away so as I insert my card in the machine I ask the same lady if she has some quarters. She said yes but she needs them so no. Which was fine but the attitude she had behind it caught me off guard but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and shrugged it off think it was just me. At the same time I remembered the car wash had a quarter exchange machine for $1 bills so I purchased a drink and asked for some extra $1 bills for car wash. Shebopens the register to get my change and her $1 bill spot in the register is stacked to the top. Seeing the 1s overflowing I ask if I can change the $5 bill for 5 1s. She pulls out all the 1s and counts to she how many she has. 36,37,38, sorry no I need these I can't give you more than the 3 you got with your change, she tells me. I was blown away 15 mins until close. It w as mostly the attitude she had. Last time I go to that gas station or car wash.

Horrible Horrible Horrible place !!!!!!! I was there about 3 months ago, UGH, I Worked there a few years ago. It's all still the same thing, trashy people who work there, if you work there the manager won't like you unless your trash. I'm a nice person. I'm not a disgruntled former employee either, I WAS glad to get out the door. I went back to my old job. Last time I was there the employees were rude, like they didn't want to be there. Typical trashy people.
