Excellent! Love the coffee and banana bread! Decent price for the quality!
Kind of cramped seating. Maybe 10 people can fit comfortably.
Plenty of seating outside.

Best cappuccino. Perfect combination. Just the right amount of coffee, cremer and sugar. It's also in between many attractions on the Gatlinburg downtown. Small place but has wide range of coffee and chai at decent prices. Also you may like to try their brownie. Seating is available but prefer to take away and walk with your mug of coffee and enjoy.

Hands down my favorite coffee ever. I always get the Almond latte in a girl from Russia named Stacey is the one who makes it. If she's there then you're in luck. We live in Gatlinburg so we love to come down here and just sit outside and drink our lattes. They must have different varieties that they brew because once we came and it was nice and strong and the second time we came and it wasn't very strong. We prefer them were strong. But it was always a nice treat.

Stopped by here while walking through town, the cashier was very friendly and service was speedy. Drinks were done in a flash. Good espresso, and a very quality coffee. Even had the pretty latte art on top! We will be returning!

This is a small local coffee shop and I always love stopping by here. They use great quality beans and really do a great job in making a very good cup of coffee. I personally enjoy their hot mochas. It's a small place and cozy. Service is always prompt and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Stop by for a cup!

A group of friends and I found Burg's coffee on vacation- the staff was friendly, service was timely, and we LOVED the dirty snowman. Probably one of my favorites ever! Wish they were closer to home but my wallet is probably better off or I'd order one everyday!

Stopped by this place twice while on a long weekend trip. Great drinks! There is a wait because it was staffed by only one person both times we stopped in. They generally take everyone's order then start making drinks and they come out pretty fast.
Great flavors though so well worth the wait. And since it's a local shop would rather stop there than give Starbucks my money. No bathroom, but public restroom right around the corner.

Great little spot tucked away off the main drag in downtown Gatlinburg. I got drip coffee, the medium roast, and my companion ordered a latte. We are both quite happy sitting at the high top table watching the world outside and the patrons inside. Server was very sweet, I didn't ask where she was from but she sounded eastern European. She and the other employee worked quickly to keep drinks coming and people happy. They have a variety of baked and prepackaged goods to eat as well as whole beans to take with you.

Great family owned and operated place. We are coffee drinkers and enjoy the quality of a good brew. So every new spot we go. We love to try coffee at multiple places (domestically and internationally). So if you’re looking for quality and flavor. This is the spot to go in gatlinBURG.

My husband and I stopped in because, as much as we love Starbucks, we wanted to support a local shop. There is a wait as it's staffed by only one person, but the drinks were fantastic. My husband tried the tiramisu mocha and loved it, while I went with the simpler peppermint hot cocoa. Go in with the mentality that you're on vacation, relax, and enjoy÷

10/10 experience. I got the Mochaccino. Absolutely delicious. Im usually a Starbucks girl but I'm so glad I decided to try that place. They were also really strict about mask guidelines. I have to give my props to the guy running the front dealing with people who had no mask on. Really appreciated the whole experience. Will return when I make it back to Gatlinburg :)

You will not get better espresso drinks anywhere in Gatlinburg. Burg offers so many varieties! This was my ‘treat’ place when we would visit, but now that we live here, it is my ‘go to’ coffee place every time we meander through the streets downtown. Props to the amazing staff!

Great coffee all of us enjoyed it. Especially my little one who turned from kaka to num num after she tasted it. The only down side was my wife took a small size and then I had to share my large with her! Love the place, it is love at first sight and we coming all the way from Orlando for a good morning coffee. Thumbs up guys.

I use to have a Coffee Shop and always said that my wife make the best espresso. Well, she is still #1 but Burg Coffees is #2. They are excellent!

I am a big-ole iced coffee fan. Back home in Knoxville, I usually head on over to the local Dunkin Donuts for a nice mocha iced coffee with the turbo shot. This past weekend was like a spiritual awakening. When we didn't feel like walking up the entire strip to get to Dunkin, we decided to stop halfway and "settled on" this lil spot.
Both myself and new fiancee ordered a double mocha iced espresso. These things taste like the sweat of some beautiful chocolate goddess. We came back three times in two days. I almost wish I could live closer to experience this more often.
