Bear-Land General Store and Parking

Nadir was so friendly and helpful. I am disabled and he went out of his way to do stuff for us. We rented a scooter from him. He brought it to me and even came back to the hotel to help us with it when we accidentally messed the key up. I cannot stress enough how kind and friendly he was. He helped us with stuff other than the scooter too. Even texting one night when I got physically sick to see if there was anything he could do for us. I highly recommend going to see him. Cute store, great price on mobility scooters and the service can't be beat. We'll definitely be using him and his family's shop from now on. One of the friendliest people I've ever met.

Great little store. Great little restaurant. Nice people. And, usually, the most affordable parking around. We are local, so that's important to us.

Yadir I think his name is, the cashier, talked to my 5 year old every night as we were walking past, very friendly. Had to finally buy something before we left because he was so nice!

We discovered they serve a quick and decent breakfast in a hurry didn’t want to wait foe pancake house crowd was hosting an event needed to eat before customers arrive. Very convenient and quick and good food.
We also ordered hamburgers for a group and everyone was very pleased!

Breakfast grill with no wait. This was a Monday morning during the off season. The breakfast was outstanding. Gravy special with 2 biscuits, eggs to order, sausage or bacon. Chose over easy and sausage. Everything was excellent and also the western hash browns.

Very personable owner. I always make it a point to stop in and say hello everytime we visit. Prices are comparable to anywhere else in Gatlinburg. Owner is very helpful and respectful.

I was starting to feel sick and needed to find a place open that had over the counter medicine. It was after 10pm, my husband and I went to 3 places in town and none of them were open. We started heading back to our hotel and lucky this was the only place open where we could find with medicine. Lots of selection and a convenient location if you are staying on Historic Nature Trail.

Didn't purchase anything tangible here, but they absolutely have the best rates on parking. Used them to park the car a few times for $6. The guy at the counter was always extremely nice too. Glad I passed by and saw the sign.

Wandered in because line was so long at pancake place up the road. The biscuits and gravy are the real deal.. spicy sausage and biscuits the size of a cat's head. Fast, friendly and hot coffee. The general store part has a wide assortment of drinks for all tastes. Will remember this place next time we're here.

This place is awesome! They have a little porch and rocking chairs. While we were visiting Gatlinburg, we came here in the mornings to soak in the morning mountain air and sip on some coffee. There's other breakfast options too, but we only had the coffee. Very reasonably priced with good options for a little store.

Parked here a few times for $6. They were always pleasant and I felt my truck was safe, plus it is a few blocks from the strip so it is an easy walk but ya also don't get stuck in the traffic!

Great little store with a $5 parking lot for the public. You get a free small bottle of water, too. They make a good fresh breakfast as asked - bacon, eggs, blueberry and plain pancakes- yum!!

Little bit of everything here, great place

Located right in Gatlinburg on Historic Nature Trail. The owner and his son are super nice guys. This place has everything you need to in the convenience store. The grill serves breakfast from 7-11, and lunch From 11-2, we had sausage and cheese sandwiches, BLT's, grits, cornbread hash and let's in our group and everyone was pleased. The food was terrific! We will be back.

We had breakfast at several places until we found this little store. Afterwards we ate here every morning. The sausage and biscuit with gravy is incredible. Highly recommend!

Great home cooked food. Decided to try for breakfast and was delighted with the taste and quality. Other places in town precook thier pancakes and warm them up. Bearland Grill cooks and serves them fresh. Biscuits and gravy atee also a great choice. We highly recommend for breakfast.

Nice grocery store. You can find anything you need when in vacation in Gatlinburg.
The staff is very helpful. We recommend it.

Don't wait in line for pancakes next door... this is the place for breakfast! Quick service, quality food, amazing biscuits and gravy! Very family friendly.

Absolutely a gem hidden of the main drive. Breakfast was amazing and we will be back. Best breakfast for your money. All the staff was super friendly.

fantastic. great place. a wonderful find in the midst of a tourist town. I visit daily whenever I'm in town. gotta visit the grill when it's open and the beer selection isn't too shabby either. the staff is always amazing.
