Giftville

Wonderful store. Lady there was very helpful in helping me figure out what to get my 12 year old daughter. I had my sons gifts in hand but was struggling to figure out what to get her before we left. Lady made some wonderful suggestions and I was a pleasant experiance.

Giftville is the perfect place to get souvenirs for you and your loved ones. They have a large selection of souvenirs such as bear figurines, lamps, coffee mugs, shot glasses, picture frames, as well as T-shirts, tye dye shirts, sweatshirts, pants, tank-tops, shorts, hoodies for reasonable prices. If you are in Gatlinburg make yourself a favor and don’t miss this store!

Very nice staff and great souvenirs. So glad they were open late for us. We got beautiful and reasonably priced sweatshirts and other souvenirs. Would definitely recommend!

Was trying to find a shirt that I loved for my visit to the Smokies but the shirts at the other gift shops I visited were at least $20-$30 and none of the designs really stood out to me. Stumbled upon Giftville by accident and ended up getting 2 shirts for the price of one at the other shops! They have a large selection of shirts. Christian was the guy working the counter and he was very accommodating and even made me a custom shirt right on the spot with the design and shirt colors I wanted! Really great experience and definitely reccomend for affordable souvenir shirts.

I bought a hoodie through this place when we went for vacation, and I loved it so much. Several days later, when we got home from vacation me and my family went to Taco Bell. Big time accident was awaiting to happen.. I was holding the bag, and of course there was grease on the bottom of the bag. As much time there was holding the bag and me not knowing what would happen, grease got all over on my hoodie. I reached out and contacted Giftville, and they helped me right away! I am defiantly coming back when I go next time to Gatlinburg, TN.

The staff enforced masks which I appreciated. The clothes are very comfortable and had a lot of color options for everything. All the things in there were also reasonably priced

Nice people, great products and prices in town. Custome made t-shirts, need to visit for all types of different items.

Was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a shirt in my size and she made me a shirt and sweatshirt while we waited.
