CLIMB Works Smoky Mountains - Zipline Tour

The whole experience was awesome and what made it better were our guides. Emma and Pat were great. At the moment I can’t remember our third guides name for my life but he was also awesome but I’ll have a picture of all three so you can see. They knew the landscape of the area and were very chill and knowledgeable about what they were doing with us. The equipment they have here made the experience much easier and safer compared to another place I’ve tried in the past. I highly recommend for anyone looking to zip line or ppl just in the area to come here.

Outstandingly stupendous zip-line experience! Decided to stop here on road trip whim. Reserved and payed for a spot online so easy-peasy! Beautiful setting amongst the trees. The staff is friendly and engaging and they do all of the set up and stuff. 2 hrs includes Jeep ride to and from the course, suspended stairs, bridges, 6 zip-lines of varying lengths (2 of them over 1500’). Simply put, a wonderful experience!!

My husband and I visited the smoky mountain location for the first time. It was the best experience we had. Our guides Conner, Matt, Karin absolutely fantastic and honestly made the entire experience 100x better. They were funny and encouraging throughout the course. We will definitely be going back. Seriously worth it you will have no regrets!!

Such a great time! This was our first time zip lining and it was so much fun! The people that work there are so helpful and make you feel completely safe and at ease. Loved every minute of it. Shout out to Pat, Reagan and Pierce, they were AMAZING!

Our first time zip-lining was a great adventure! We had great guides; Conner, Indy and Bram, they were fun and informative! Beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains from each line and platform!

I am 55 & very afraid of heights. Not gonna lie that 1st jump is a doozy, I thought about turning back several times.

Avery, Reagan, and Alex were very trustworthy competent guides and I was much more confident after the first jump.

Im so glad I got to experience this & I cant wait to do it again!! They were fun, answered questions, and even gave us a little nature & history info. Check out my rescue video & you'll see why I felt secure with these guides.

You are way above any tree on the mountain & the views were breathtaking, Mt Lecompte & Appalachian trail. Each run is unique. Avery took pics for us, and the last two runs we even got to go upside down, backwards, spider-man or a few other poses!

FYI Weight limit is strictly 270lb, if you are close I would weigh in (with your gear on their scale) ahead. 2 in our group didn't get to go (272lb & 275lb), & the got a refund. From walk in to return whole thing was about 2 1/2 hours & there is no place to watch zip-liners from below.

This place rocks. We have never had so much fun Ziplining before. The guides are great. They really made it fun and a awesome experience. The view was out of this world. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Tennessee.

I am terrified of heights and almost backed out when I was on the first platform, but my guide Sylvie was so nice and patient with me, and after I finally zipped on the first line I LOVED it. 100% recommend. Even if you are a scaredy cat like me, do it anyways. It was an experience I’ll never forget. Also Aubrey and Emma also made my experience amazing! Will definitely be back next time we come to Tennessee!!

Amazing experience! I am an avid zipliner. I LOVE it! I had read all the reviews before hand and I KNEW this was going to be a great time. From start to finish, everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our guides had tons of personality and kept us laughing and having a good time, all while being SAFE! Safety is a huge priority for them and that puts people at ease. I brought my friend with me on Friday 2/16 for the 11 AM tour. She had never been ziplining before and was super nervous. Our guides made her feel confident and put her at ease. I could’ve spent all day ziplining there. The views are fantastic! I have done other ziplines in the area but this is my absolute favorite. If you’re hesitant to go…don’t be! Just go!!! It’s an experience you won’t forget. Thank you to all of you at Climbworks! You made our day. Oh, and don’t forget….tip your guides! They deserve some extra love for the amazing job they do!

Were excellent guides, they showed us how to have fun and stay safe. We zipped on 5 different lines and had an amazing time. It was a fantastic 2 1/2 hours, looking forward to doing it again.

My wife and I visited CLIMB Works for ziplining during our trip to the Great Smokey Mountains in October 2023. Our guides Brad, Leah, and Sylvee did a fantastic job of going over safety precautions and making sure everyone was having fun. Sylvee did an especially great job of making my wife who is not great with hits feel comfortable while she was hooking us up to the zip lines at the top on each platform.

AMAZING experience with our guides Silvi, Pat, & Raegan. It is worth every penny. The ziplining felt SAFE & the guides were experienced and professional. Every single guide knew every member of our group’s name (all 7 of us!!!). They made sure to fit in tidbits about the landscape of the mountains and cities around us, as well as the history of Tennessee and its inhabitants. The tour included 6 ziplines and the views were insane. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even hand warmers were provided. All gear was included. Photo packages were not included, but photos taken by guides were available for extra charge. Thank you to Climbworks team for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience. Beautiful views over the tree tops. Guides Aubrey, Caleb, and Isabella were great. Relaxed, but safe fun for my family ranging from 76 to 12.

What a blast!!! Gram, Bradly, Isabella (our guides) were amazing. Very funny and friendly with great information and super detailed with safety and how to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Wonderful base with tee shirts, snacks and great gear. This is a "must do" when you visit Gatlinburg/Pidgin Forge. Super fun couple hours and would definitely go back and do it all over again.

Best birthday experience ever! My better half surprised me and was it amazing—our guides Emma, Kailey and Pierce took it over the top—their cool, calm and humorous vibes absolutely set the tone for us to take in the magnificent beauty and rush of excitement on every “zip away, zip away.” Thank you, my dear friends, you 3 are blessed and we are so appreciative of your patience, kindness and expertise in this memory that is cherished. Do this! Our experience was so awesome. My daughter, 11 years old, and I did the Mountain top climb and it was amazing. Our guides, Autumn, Beau, and Cory were fantastic. They were fun, polite, made us feel safe, and just wonderful. We are hoping to go back with more friends and family soon. Best experience! Thank you, ClimbWorks!

My family had a fantastic time ziplining with CLIMB Works! We felt very safe the whole time and the views were incredible. The runs were a variety of lengths and some allowed for tricks to be done which is always a favorite for my teens. Mid to end of October with leaves changing would be breathtaking.

Now I can say I have been to both Climb Works locations. Both have breath taking views. The tour guides Keylon, Ethan and Patrick made it even more fun. If you like a challenge I highly recommend ziplining. I will be back again. Remarkable staff at both locations.

This place is the real deal. Our group was led by John, Luke and Emma who were experts - very personable, knowledgeable and professional. It's a very scenic course nestled high above a beautiful tree canopy with great views of the Smokies. My 11-yr old son and I had never ziplined before and had an absolute blast. I love that this place isn't a theme park with cheesy souvenirs and greasy concessions, but rather an honest no-frills forest adventure experience. They seem like a great organization. Highly recommended.

My Girlfriend and I ended our trip with this amazing zipline adventure. Our guides were some amazing people and we had lots of laughs while doing the 6 ziplines. The views were out of this world. I would 100 percent suggest this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Will definitely be back.
