Mountain Mall

we had a blast walking around the shops and seeing what a side mall looks like on a busy strip!! reminded me much of Waikiki Marketplace Mall and many Florida beach area malls that looks much smaller from the outside until you truly walk in!!! Perfect tourist spot to compare your own hometown malls as well and take a breather from the outside craziness or cold/heat depending on time of year!!

Fun place with many floors, decorations for fall/Halloween, and a large store variety. The escalators and stairs make for easy mobility.

Had a lot of fun on this outing. Although we lost a few dollars playing the machine trying to win an Apple computer or some cash! Lol

These stores are awesome. When going to a mall, you'd think there would be the basic stores you see everywhere, but not here!! We loved the different selections and types of stores in the mall, especially the sports, vinyl store, and knick knacks. The prices weren't ungodly and we were able to splurge on ourselves without digging too deep into our pockets.

Awesome place to walk around. It wasn’t too crowded when my fiancée and I were there. Shops galore AND bought a pair Ariat Leather and Waterproof boots!

Had a great time visiting all the shops. We did some moonshine tasting which was fun and learned some interesting facts. Everything was very crowded which is to expected for a vacation town.

Lots of shops, downtown Gatlinburg, they have escalators/elevators and stairs to get to the 6 levels (A-F) pizza parlor, dog clothes/trinkets shop, Old Time Photos, a photo place with pictures of all kinds of famous people, hat embroidery place, a water massage, cowboy hats/boots, Pepper palace, nostalgic collectables, handmade candle shop, candy store, magic shop, tobacco (pipes also), martial arts and knives, cell phone gadgets, artwork & signed prints, all kinds of shops!! Bathrooms are on top level F. Awesome mall!!! Really nice!

Nice place to walk around and see a bunch of shops. I was able to find a figure at a great price. I forget the name of the store but it was on level D. The lady was very helpful and even held our bag so we could shop along the strip. The price was the best around and we saw this figure in a few places and it was marked triple the price. So im greatful we came in the mall and poked around at the shops.

Love visiting the mountain mall whenever we visit Gatlinburg on our way to FL! A must stop by to get new hoodies from the old man on the second level, a massage next door, a treat for my puppy, then we head upstairs to try some hot sauce and then go next door to get drinks and stock up on our Harry Potter obsession! Lately we have gotten our perfumes in the mall as well and have been really happy! All in all a must stop for all of us! We always try to shop small when possible and this mall is full of small mom n pop stores. Gladdens my heart!

We really enjoyed walking through Mountain Mall. Our favorite stop is the Ryan Marsh Gallery*, very talented married couple creates wonder works of art also displaying creative paintings throughout the mall. Check out the wishing well which is very unique, it runs through the 1st floor to the top. We make sure to take a load off at the Aqua Massage* Relaxing Oasis. Provides clean, relaxing, handsfree massages, highly recommended!! Last stop, The Hemp Store* for all your hemp needs. Unique store with great vibes and down to earth store manager. Peace, Love, Happiness.

5 levels of shops. Escalators take you up. You descent using the stairs. Public restrooms are very clean. The people working in the shops are very friendly and polite. Very professional and courteous.

Stayed to gaze at the beautiful Christmas tree in the intersection at Mountain Mall in Gatlinburg, TN.

The mountain mall was nice I bought a swimsuit at the outdoor tactical store and some perfume for my lady at the scented willow. Kinda weird that the escalators only go up but over all nice mall.

Nice little mall for more eccentric things. Great atmosphere and love the way it goes up instead of spread out on a ground floor.

Stopped here to do some shopping while I was in Gatlinburg. Several stores with a wide variety of merchandise. I always find something when I go there.

It's awesome it's like something from the back rooms on YouTube. It's very retro and somewhat creepy in a good way lol

I love the mountain mall its a great place to relax. Last time we were there, they were people singing on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
I love the pepper palace thats why we visit the mountain mall. They also have a great boot store there also. Great place.

I loved browsing and shopping here. There were multiple levels and cool stores to do some retail therapy.

Cool store in the mall that had lots of different merch. Managed to snag some nice Anime keychains and pins for my collection. Wife geeked out on the Harry Potter merch as well. Will definitely be returning soon.
