Donna Kaczor - State Farm Insurance Agent

We've been using Donna since moving to Texas in 2012. She has never failed to be responsive, helpful, and just generally great to work with. We've added and subtracted from our policy over the years as kids got DLs and vehicles changed out and she has always made it smooth and easy. The one homeowners claim we've had (hail, roof) was a nightmare *because we didn't use a good roofing company* - and Donna stepped in to help us fix the problems and got us a refund on our premiums for the remainder of our policy year because we upgraded the roof.

Donna is exactly what I hoped for when I picked a local office in our new hometown (which was a lot smaller in 2012, LOL).

I really don’t understand why people give her low ratings, my family has been with her for 30 years, and she’s a phenomenal agent! She treats you like family and goes above and beyond for her clients! 10/10. When I totaled my vehicle she had everything handled very fast and she made the painful process so easy, and the accident didn’t effect my rates too much at all!

Went to Donna for my renters insurance. There was an issue setting it up which is understandable. But when I tried to reach Donna via email I never got a response. Left messages on the phone, again no response. When I did get in contact with her she claimed to have sent me the information for my policy via email. I did not get any email. I sent her one final email asking her for the info, again no response. Do not do business with Donna, she doesnt bother to contact you. I am extremely frustrated and have never had a worse experience with an insurance agent. Stay away.

When I first switch over insurance to Donna she was great. 4 months later trying to get someone to call me back for because I needed to add or take off vehicle was just impossible.

Called for a quote was told I'd get it by days end. Got call that evening and was told system was down and would get quote next day. That was over one week ago and haven't heard a word from them to this day. I was serious about changing back to her company till now. Guess it's good to know how there company responds now rather than later when you really need them!!!
