It's my go to store. Good prices, name brands and nice selection. If it's not in the store it can usually be ordered online and delivered to the store or home. Love getting Belk reward dollars too. It's like finding money!

Customer service did and awesome job with the black Friday rush. The cashier made sure my boots was the right size and the right pair.

Conveniently located on the parkway right next to Dollar Tree and Dollar General, you'll find something for each member of the family as well as maybe a piece of luggage or a new set of towels.

A typical Belk. Nice clothes, good deals, messy displays, and lack of any cashier's.

We always stop by the Sevierville Belk when we're here on vacation. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Especially this trip. I found a dress I wanted but couldn't find my size. The sales lady went to where the dresses were and looked until she found the size I needed! She was wonderful! I couldn't find her name on the receipt but her associate # is 011453.

Excellent staff, friendly and very helpful.

The store was well stocked with items. The clearance items were great. We found some nice Samsonite luggage and other items that were priced very good.
