Cody in the pharmacy is wonderful he was able to lower the cost of my prescriptions so I was able to get them. I had asked some ladies there a few times before if there was anyway possible to help with the cost and they said No. I help my father take care of my mother who has altheimers and it has cut into my work hours and I wasn't able to afford to get my prescriptions all at once and sometime not at all but Big thank you to Mr Cody who without me even asking him called me and found discounts so I am now able to get them.

I wanted to let this store know they have a KNOCKOUT staff that is absolutely amazing helpful and caring. My daughter and i had been looking for a certain shampoo and conditioner and YOLANDA was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the health and beauty area as well. Not only was she outstanding but it looked like her manager or one of them anyway come up to speak to her and they were both smiling the manager asked if he could help out in anyway i think his name was mark or mike i think it was Mike anyway those two make a great team and he seems like a good boss if he is. YOLANDA thank you so much for being so great and kind.

Mike and Santana were extremely helpful in finding what i was looking for after i had been all over East Tn. Lol looking for my item and the kindness and the teamwork i saw along with great customer service was impeccable!!! These people KNOW what Great customer service is and they need to be rewarded for their hard work. Ty again Mike and Santana keep up the great work!!!!

This Walgreens Pharmacy and Store is awesome! The techs that work in the pharmacy, Becca and Ashley, to name a couple, know my name when I walk up. Given the number of people they see every week, this amazes me. They are very caring and prompt. The store manager is very good to all customers too. While I've waited at times, not very long however, I've seen how patient and caring they are to all their customers. The people working in the store are always very nice too. Also, they run very good sales. Its always a pleasure when I'm running errands to include my visit to this Walgreens. Thank you for all ya'll do.

Pharmacy tech, Bradley helped me out tremendously with getting my drive through Covid test. I had an issue checking into my appointment but he straightened it out. He rocks! Super quick and easy. I had results in like 20 minutes.

Great staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Never a bad experience. New management must know what they are doing! Kudos!

Love this Walgreens, everyone is super friendly and helpful and they have a huge selection of food products. Definitely recommend since this is the only thing open in town past 10 oclock.

Always have everything you need

I used to use the Walmart pharmacy but I swtiched recently because it take literally DAYS to get prescriptions filled and the staff just dont care about you as a customer. Just the Walmart way.
Anyways. I got a prescription for antibiotics filled at this Walgreens and didnt realize until 3 days later that they shorted me an entire day worth of pills (9 total).
I called and they told me to bring the bottle in. I make the trip up and they counted what I had left and made up another bottle with the missing pills. No hassle. They were really friendly about the whole thing. I'll definitely keep using this pharmacy.

Called in a refill for my prescription and there was a problem. I was speaking to Alice and she resolved my situation for me with no stress of having to contact my doctors. Great customer service and great person to talk to! Thank you Alice!

My wife uses this location to pick up her meds . It actually has a Kroger's section in it now . So now inside you have kroger produce that you can buy. That's a good option if you just need to grab a good healthy snack on the go. They have everything you could need in this location. Electronic devices, greeting cards, meds, makeup, and now Kroger products. I give the place five stars.

Ruby Ellen in Photo went above and beyond for me! She is an excellent employee and her customer service was exceptional! I work in the hospitality industry and employees like that should be valued and treasured!

Always. Been good to me and my family you run across the rude ones every so so but I try to forgive and move on remember we all have our bad days sometimes they get hung up on politics instead of the patient but then you hope one will come along and sees it from your point and help out

Staff was pleasant. I didn't have to wait till about 3 minutes before I saw the cashier to check out.
