Four days before Christmas, Austin was so very helpful to a couple of middle aged people who know squat about a PS4. He helped us kindly, calmly, and patiently with a smile on his face. The two other staff members were also very happily helping other customers. Professional attitudes all around during this busy season. Thank you so much, Austin!

There was a ton of games to choose from. Brandon was working there and was very helpful when I was pre-ordering a game and getting it sent to my house.

The mouse,keyboard and was the kind I was looking for so and they were nice so I give it 5 ⭐ rating

As a company I don't have the best feelings about gamestop, but this location has great employees who are eager to help, and who are knowledgeable about their products. I have to say, if all the stores were as good as this one I'd be a lifetime customer.

Always friendly staff and today 10/15/22 the associate was very attentive and listened to my 15 year old autistic daughter and actually had informative answers

All the employees there are fantastic! The most knowledgeable about games and systems, very quick to greet eveyone as they walk in the door, love to talk to you about games and answer any questions you have. I've been to so many other game stops, and they just don't compare. Andrew and his team are great, and aren't just there for sales. They will hold fascinating conversations with you, as long as they're not slammed with customers. There is another store closer to where I live but I make the drive to this store every time.

Every time i go they are very nice and helpful. If there is something they don't know they take the time to find out. If there is an item or game you really want and its not in stock they get it for you!!! Very helpful always clean and organized!!

Andrew and staff are awesome. I have been there several times whether i lived out of state or not and bought something. Andrew and staff are so helpful and try to find ways to create conversations with guests. Is a very nice and friendly enviroment. Thank you to andrew and staff for assisting me with my fiance's recent christmas gift *Nintendo Switch* he absolutely loves it! ...and so do it 😆🙂

Update: went a few days ago and preordered Elden Ring along with a few games for the switch. They are so helpful and will talk about anything with you. I enjoy it everytime i go there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's great everytime I go there and they usually have what I'm looking for. This time I was looking for a particular Nintendo 3DS game but they didn't have it. That didn't make the experience worse though. Overall, it was a good and fun experience. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about game systems. They dont take a lot of older games like I was trying to sell but they do take some. They took the time to go over and review my games for me. Also they had so many things to choose from. Game stop is great for new stuff but their just getting their feet wet with older systems. Hope to see more of that in the future.

They had a really good selection and very friendly staff. I loved it, really, but if only everything wasn't cramped together. Not that it's any fault of theirs for the size of the store. It was still wonderful.

The space is small and the prices may be a bit more than I'd like to pay for used games but the staff is lovely and very helpful. It was great to be able to take back a game that didn't work without any questions. In fact I ended up replacing said game and buying two more. A little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way and when it's time for me to spend money I'd rather go where I'm treated well than wherever is the cheapest.

Everytime I have to go here, I always have the best experience, I dont know everyone's name there But Andrew is the best, He always gives the best advice on which games to pick and not pick, I was there today and I dealt with Patrick, He was kind and we talked about Final Fantasy 14 as he helped me get my game time, when a employee engages a customer, it makes us feel welcome like a home and not just another Transaction keep up the great work Patrick

Always greeted by whoever is working, which is really nice to me. Got stuck behind someone trading in a lot of stuff, but didn't take to long thankfully. Employees always helpful.

The team is great and always helpful. Can always pre-order new releases of everything from games to novelty items. Used products have always worked for us with no issues. Refurbished systems work with no problems.

The guy inside was really friendly. We were on vacation and my nephew forgot his cord to his game. We got a really good deal on a new one.

We love this location and the employees are always helpful and nice without being over bearing or putting you through a typocal game stop spiel 3 times lol

There was an epic guy working there and he called baby Yoda "Baby Yods" and it was great. And he also complimented my Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends shirt and it made me happy :)
