Great for late night eats. The wings are A+++ and the potato skins were good too. It's a bar so not a family dining environment, but great for couples who want good food in a relaxed setting.

I come to Gatlinburg annually. Puckers is a must stop for a lunch, and also for a night out. Great atmosphere, great food, and the staff is incredible. I hope you will rebuild after the fire and be back strong when I make my trip next. It would be sad to have been there for the last time.

Man this place was Awesome!!! The atmosphere here was really laid back and made us feel like things were normal for a while. The food was great, the beer was ice cold, music was great. We had a really nice time and will be back!!!

Came in and tried out their gatlinburger, the pucked up bbq burger and loved it and the sauce was a pleasant surprise in flavor.

Awesome place! Friendly staff! Great food!! We stopped twice while on our trip. First night stopped for drinks and had a great experience so we came back the next night for supper and drinks. If your looking for a great burger this is the place! Definitely will come back if we goto Gatlinburg again!

Was on the Gatlinburg strip looking for a place to feed our hungry stomach. We were not disappointed with this choice. The sliders was juicy and tasty. The wings with Nashville hot sauce was amazing. The server recommended a beer and it was very good. The only cons was the house salad was more like a chopped salad but the dressing was tasty.
There was a musician with a guitar playing great music.
Overall enjoyed our experience here. Highly recommend you give this place a visit.

On vacation and this was the first spot we felt comfortable in. Drew at the bar was an amazing bartender, great service and even better personality!! An extra bonus was the extremely clean bathrooms!! We will go back just to hang out and be served by drew.. A++++ just for her!

I cannot remember our waitresses name, red hair, great eyebrows, and possibly an accent??? She was amazing! Never got impatient with my drunk a$$ lol she was spot on and food was great. Met a lot of great people💜

Love this place and the guy playing the guitar with the beard and hair… amazing talent. I think his name’s Luke and I think he got my grandmother pregnant just by looking at her. Can’t wait to come back for more of that. Bringing my great aunt next time.

Foood was outstanding and very large portions. Our server was also very friendly and on point. They were very busy when we were there and she managed to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Had a great attitude. The beer was ice cold, always a plus. Prices very reasonable. They have pool tables, darts and outside patio. Fun place. Will return.

Fun musicians and staff, yummy appetizers, and cold beer. We were in town last week, and came in Wednesday about 7pm. We had such a great time, so we came back in Thursday for more of the same. Musicians both nights were very entertaining, and took requests.

we came here on vacation march1st 2nd and 3rd and we ate here the two nights we were in town. the first night is what got us hooked and why we came back the second time server was super nice and food is amazing! second night food was still good but server seemed to have no idea what the menu items were as we asked for the " pucker up sauce " (named after the restaurant ) she had no idea what we were talking about and had to point it out on the menu. but all in all this being my second time in the area and my husbands first i will make this place our annual stop. just hope the service is as good as the first night when we come back!

These were the best wings that I've had in a really long time. I think I might get more today. I got really puckin hot and they were delicious.

This place is special to us. Every other place had 90 minutes of wait time. Unbelievably annoying. This place had open tables and the food was so good. It’s basically burgers and fries but really good selection. A special shout out to our waitress I don’t remember her name but she was a black lady who had just started in July 2020 and she was fantastic. We have her a good tip and I hope she is able to grow in her jobs/career.

My husband and I have been the in Gatlinburg area for 3 days and only wish we had found this place on the first day! The food and service are phenomenal! The drinks are inexpensive! Not like most of the restaurants in the area! There is a fun and light-hearted atmosphere and at a great price! Our servers have been wonderfully pleasant and fully attentive with a full restaurant! Great experience!

After a less then welcoming experience upstairs we headed downstairs in hopes of having a better time.

Luckily Puckers Delivered. We sat down at the bar and got almost immediate service, which we were just drinking, drinks were all good and absolutely the cheapest drinks on the strip. The girl's behind the bar was very attentive to my wife and I, the entire time, which we were there for at least 3+ hours (lost track of time.)

Karaoke was going on that night and the crowd got somewhat lively. Some regulars and local's that we met, all awesome people, as well as the other tourist which were fun too. Great karaoke! You could tell we were in a state that was rich in music as all of these people were incredible. My wife gave it a go for her first time, while we clearly knew she didn't mesh with the others, they all encouraged her on and enjoyed it anyways.

This place was awesome and turned out being my favorite spot to drink in the Gatlinburg area.

Had a great time with former navy buddies. Desiree, the manager jumped in several times to assist her staff to keep the beer flowing. Could have used another pool table but it wasn't a large place so it was understandable why there was only one. Thanks again Desiree and staff for making the night memorable!
