Good staff and techs, courteous, service professional. Dr Duncan is very good patient wise, explains very well, listens very well and provided options to my current physical status. Second times seeing him in five years and a pleasure to have him treating me and giving me options. Would highly recommend him to all, family and friends.

Dr Duncan is an excellent doctor. He cares for the well being of his patients and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with back issues.

I have been a patient at TSAOG - Ridgewood for almost a year now with serious shoulder and spine related issues. Dr Johnathan Duncan is one of my doctors there and takes care of my spinal ailments exclusively. His demeanor and professionalism is par excellence and I always leave his office wanting more and more of his soothing interactions. Dr. Jonathan S. Duncan is an exceptionally skilled, good natured, yet no-nonsense physician. He explained my X-rays & MRIs to me so that I understood why I was experiencing lumbar pain and associated symptoms…and the prognosis. I had L3-5 laminectomies and discectomy four months ago. Dr. Duncan showed excellent bedside manner, he spent time answering my questions, and has assembled an outstanding team at TSAOG. My results have been nothing short of amazing! I am so very grateful to Dr. Duncan, I recommend him to anyone experiencing spinal issues or pain.

Dr. Duncan has the reputation of being the very best spinal surgeon in the entire country only because he actually is. Staff is great also.

Dr Duncan was my surgeon who fused my C4/5/6. He was so helpful, did an amazing job and explained everything so well. It was a major success. Unfortunately due to an unrelated issue with my stupid body i am dealing with a separate issue. He is helping me through this and is the only doctor that looked at the big picture, explained it in detail and is helping me. He’s an amazing doc!
Update: now he had to fuse C6-7 in 2022. Here we are at the end of 2023 and I having issues - no fault of his, but my condition. He has Always helped me and taken a conservative, but helpful approach. He is tens, he respects mybthoughts and I trust him more than any doc.

Dr Duncan was great seen my daughter's back issue. He explained everything very clear and showed us the MRI explaining details!!! DR Duncan was very compassionate, and helped my daughter understand her injury and the importance of taking time off to get her back better. The scheduling process was easy, the facility is top notch. My son and husband already have been treated by a knee doctor (Dr. Baldwin) there and they had a great experience as well.
I will definitely go back to see Dr Duncan for my own back issues!!!! Absolutely nothing negative to say!

Dr Duncan is really nice and listened to what we had to say. He has given us all our options. I first saw him in 2021 and he didn't force us into anything. Now that I'm at the point of surgery... he has advised us of our options, not forcing anything on us. P. S. Maddy is great too.

I visited Dr. Duncan for a lower back issue and I found the process of scheduling very easy. They saw me right away and his staff was very courteous. Dr. Duncan was great to speak to and he addressed all of my concerns. I felt like he was really thorough and all of the questions he asked me and discussed treatment protocols that I felt comfortable with. I'm very happy that I found him.

Microdiscectomy was life changing! Dr. Duncan and the entire staff at TSAOG were very professional, courteous and efficient. It feels great being pain free and I am appreciative of their services.

Dr. Duncan is not only one of the kindest doctors I have had but he listens and genuinely cares. I am a heart patient and have undergone several open heart surgeries before I needed my spine surgery and dealing with blood thinners and spine surgery is definitely not the best case scenario... But Dr. Duncan did everything in his power to make me feel safe. the surgery was absolutely perfect my two-week visit was perfect my 6-week visit was perfect and at 7 weeks I'm already out of the neck brace and starting to drive short distances. I think half the battle is having a doctor who cares and I can truly honestly say Dr. Duncan really does take his time to make you feel comfortable and safe. Nobody ever wants to have surgery, but, if it is necessary, Dr Duncan is Awesome! Not only is he an incredible surgeon, he also takes time to care for you throughout the healing process. Although I have had to wait sometimes to see him, I never feel rushed or dismissed once he is in the room. He takes time to answer all of my questions - and, believe me, I come with a prepared list! I trust him and highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jonathan Duncan, the Duncan Team and TSAOG. Dr. Duncan is very caring and compassionate. My spinal cord was severely pinched and I was in a lot of pain for months. He performed my spinal fusion in April. Two months later and I am totally pain free. I had been told by others what a good surgeon he is. Now I am living proof. I was well informed and prepared for my surgery.
