Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina

This place is so nicely decorated and the music is great. Dony was our waiter and he did a very good job. The food was very tasty. We started eating before I could take a picture. The prices are good not over priced. It’s our second time here.

Diane was our server and she was absolutely the best. Very attentive, honest and friendly. The food and margaritas are wonderful. It is a tad pricey for Mexican but it's worth it.

Irina was our server, she took great care of us.

We were seated by the rail at rooftop, wonderful view. Per Irina's recommendation, husband discovered tequila he really liked. I also appreciated a strawberry mojito made with vodka by request.

Locos Nachos were remarkable. There was a guitar singer performance hence a lively vibrant atmosphere.

Definitely would go back, highly recommend.

Wow, this place was crazy busy for a Wednesday at 2:30 pm! The staff was doing the best they could while hustling from table to table. Rosemary took good care of us and our meal was delicious. Try the burrito with the white cheese sauce! If it's a nice day and not too hot or cold, you can ask for a table at the top while looking down on the strip. One note: Chips are not complementary and you'll be charged $3, guacamole and/or cheese will be extra. We'll be back for sure!

Great rooftop patio for eats and drinks. Music made you wanna dance, views were good, meal was good, service was good. Downside, no TV outside to catch college football, but the outdoor heaters mostly make up for it. You do have to climb stairs to get to rooftop level. Restaurant is on the 2nd level, accessible via escalator, if you can't make it up the stairs for the rooftop patio. The bar area inside was large, and the place had great vibes!

This is the one of the best mexican restaurants that i have been the food was amazing,the refried beans taste really good ,the sangria and margaritas was really nice too but the dessert was incredible out of this world.

Food was delicious. Ordered one meal and split between 2 adults and both got full. First time having hot (temperature) salsa and it was great. One margarita was $11 but it was decent size and very tasty, so worth the price. Would dine again

Fantastic and a must place to visit in Gatlinburg. Very good place for dinner. Bull ride is optional but fun ride to have before you get your food on to your table.

The staff was so friendly and the location can't be beat. Loved the thin tortilla chips and salsa. The rooftop is a great place to people watch.

Everyone was so friendly and even though they were incredibly busy we managed to get seated on the rooftop. What an amazing view! They also had a wonderful singer/guitar player performing live.

Food came out fast, the frozen Pina colada was delicious but I will have dreams about the CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. It was the BEST soup I've ever had in a restaurant!

My friend ordered the chimichanga and was happy.

Some of the best freshly made food we’ve ever had and our server Robbie was on point and so helpful! Love the fun upbeat atmosphere here, too! The rooftop bar is a super cool bonus!

Loved the decor and the environment!! They even have a mechanical burro! There is a guy who takes your photographs n you get a postcard and can also buy some extra photos. You have to pay for the salsa n chips for it to be unlimited but they do give you two different salsas! The spicy one was too good! Our waitress was great! She kept our drinks coming and chips refilled! We both enjoyed our enchiladas!

OUT OF TOWNERS.... stop looking for burgers and pizza and chicken tenders. You HAVE to try this place. It's gorgeous, the staff are friendly and the food brought me to joyous tears. Our server was Maubricio and he was so patient, helpful, and polite. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. And if you need a food suggestion, try the steak fajitas. You're welcome.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Guacamole was fresh and so good. Excellent service. Table side photo with Hollywood Pictures, such a fun experience.

There was a 45 min wait, but we were seated at the bar immediately. My wife and I split an order of Loco Nachos with beef, and it was delicious. The bartender was very busy, but he was quick and efficient with his service. My wife had a margarita and she said it was pretty strong.

The food was really good. Would definitely recommend stopping by, the corn was amazing. The refried beans were also really good, I have not had refried beans they were that good. The taquitos are very good. This restaurant is recommended if you can find parking.
