We were looking for a Honda Civic... James had one, just the one we wanted. Looked at the car, took it for a test drive, worked out a price. Sold! A great place to buy a preowned car. No salesman pressure tactics. Honesty and Integrity is what I saw. James said to call him if something went wrong. This is something you just don't find in an "as is" sale. My husband and I decided to move to Knoxville from the Virgin Islands and found the car online. My husband called Vincent and we put a small deposit on the car to hold for us until we arrived in Knoxville a few weeks later. Vincent picked us up in the car at our hotel. He was super friendly, did not pressure us, and told us all about the area on the way to the dealership. The night before he picked us up the check engine light came on. He called to let us know that he already had spoken with the mechanic and he would take care of the problem, which turned out to only be a sensor. He set up everything with the mechanic, who worked with us quickly to resolve the issue. We would definitely purchase from him in the future and highly recommend him. His team is very professional, honest, and accommodating. So happy with our purchase!

My experience with Sevierville Auto Brokers was exceptional! Vincent went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my "new to me" van. After the purchase I noticed that the headlights were foggy - Vincent purchased new headlights and had them installed. We bought a Crown Victoria 5 years ago from him, then when my grandson needed a car a Ford Taurus a year ago, and just today took delivery of a Ford Focus 5-door hatchback.
