Great Deals on boots, Karen was our boot specialist, she was super friendly and sweet. We purchased 2 pair of $300.00 boots 👢 and a pair of work boots for my husband, $330.00ish total... I have actually seen the same boots at other stores, same price... so the buy 1 get 2 free deal is amazing, and well worth the 5hr drive!!!

I found the Boots and enjoyed the price. I do wish they would carry boot care products. What they had on hand was for caring like saddle soap.

I was expecting cheap boots, but the Carolina lightning boots are very well made boots. Buy one get 2 free is exactly what you get.
Steve was my sales guy, he went out of his way to get me 3 pairs of boots.
I have had 3 back surgeries and my back hurts all the time. I wore the Carolina lightning boots and my back doesn’t hurt. As soon as I get home and take them off, my back starts hurting again. If you find one of these stores I highly recommend them.

I purchased a pair of Georgia work boots and they were very comfortable. I tried to get a second pair the day I purchased them but the lady helping me said it showed they had another pair but said sometimes it will show that and they don't have them. So I went ahead and got two more pair of work boots, different brands. Wore the Georgia boots to work next day and they felt great. So the following day had no work so decided to go back to the Boot factory and see if another store maybe had another pair of the Georgia boots. He told me to look around and see if I could find some there and he would check with the other store in Pigeon Forge. I told him I couldn't find any and he looked up on the computer and said it showed they had two more pair. So after about 30 seconds he comes back with two pair of the exact boot I was looking for. Give this guy a promotion and a raise. They are some comfortable boots I have to say.

Great selection of very well made boots. We preferred the Sevierville location more than the Pigeon Forge one. I really love my new boots and my wife likes hers too!

The store was full of boots and a the staff were helpful and very nice. Kids selections were low however we didn’t buy anything this time I’d return to check for more boots in the future.

We shopped here 11/10/23 and Catherine helped us. She was fantastic some of the nicest people work there. We always stop bye when we are in the area.

Really nice boot store, buy 1 get 2 free! Kinda pricey if you can't find 3 pairs of boots. Sadly left without any boots since they didn't have a B width in men's boots.

AMAZING! The workers here were super helpful a worker that stood out and helped me the very most was Cody so if you’re there ask for him! What’s on the sign is true, buy one pair of boots and get 2 free or if you can’t decide between a couple you can get a 4th pair for just $100!

The staff is fantastic! Definitely makes it worth it on its own. They are personable, willing to help, and overall friendly! My family came in here and we mainly dealt with Hailee, she is such a sweetheart! We had conversations for a while. Mainly trying to get my little family and I to move to TN. She was excellent with my 4month old and my 8 year old. It truly feels like we’ve known her for years!

Buy one get two free......it’s true!! Not as big of a selection as I was expecting but I did find three pair, two for me and one for my son. Ticket price for all three was close to $700.00 and I paid $250.00

I’ve had to bump my rating for Boot Factory from a 5 to a 3. Had a pair of boots I’ve worn for about three weeks of and on to break them in. I bought 3 pair and one pair that I bought the upper part started to split in the bend of the boot. Not sure why other than it being “man made material”. They were supposed to be my work boots cause they were steel toe. The other two pair are good....(for now). Even after wearing them for three weeks they still weren’t broke in. Pic posted. You know the saying....if it’s too good to be true, it probably is. My suggestion is PICK YOUR BOOTS CAREFULLY. I’m not saying the Boot Factory is all bad, just this particular pair of boots

Well, I’ve bumped Boot Factory back up to five star. After a couple of emails Boot Factory has completely solved my problem with my defective boots that were purchased at the pigeon forge location. Dealing with customer service was very easy and they have been so kind in working with me. And yes....I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOOT FACTORY for your next boot purchase!!! Thank you Boot Factory!
