Most everyday of the week starts out with a Good Morning Team at the Sevierville location! Why? Management has always provided a friendly and welcoming staff. It’s enthusiastic to carry to my job nearby and throughout the day! Hat’s off to each one!

The pizza is actually incredible. Much better than the local business Solorzano’s that bashes gas station pizza on his facebook page. He thinks he’s too fancy for our area I guess. His loss!

Stopped here to get gas, and trash out of the car. Dropped a VERY expensive bag, & the manager picked the bag up took it in. Came back to get and everything was still in bag! Definitely saved me! Thank you!!

Caseys is the bees knees! Since moving from Iowa I have missed them. First day in town here on vacation I got up and grabbed a breakfast pizza.

I had never heard of a Casey's before but I'm so glad I stopped by after staying five days in Pigeon Forge the workers at Casey's were the friendliest I had met all week. Thank You, I hope to get their names right. Dennis, Kristy or maybe Crystal& there we're another lady who had a good tan & she got off at 3:30. but anyway Thank you and Keep letting your soul shine .you can't beat all fountain drinks for a dollar not ten minutes before arriving at Casey's I spent $3.25 for a bottled drink. I love the crushed ice. I bought 3 bags of the taffy their real good. The bathrooms were real clean. I wish there were more Casey's around. I will be back on my next visit to the smokeys.Thanks so much🙂

The new improved Casey's on Winfield Dunn and Boyds creek . Good food . Lots to choose from . Excellent salads .

Was the best pizza my wife and I ever had wonderfully made thanks for a job well done.

Got gas and breakfast here this morning. Breakfast burrito was pretty good but it was pretty expensive. Could get better burritos for less money at taco bell or something. Inside was clean and the employees were nice.

Store was dirty.

Don’t fuel up here with a debit card and PIN. Put a 150.00 pending charge on my checking account ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS!!!!! AND charged my account the amount I fueled up. Gas stations are only supposed to put a pre-authorization hold on your account if you use your card as a credit card. We Will NEVER EVER shop at any Casey’s (or pilot) ever again. This is an outrageous and unnecessary practice.

Casey’s Pizza

One and done! With all the hoopla about Casey’s Pizza coming to the area, I was excited.

I ordered online to the Sevierville TN location at the corner of Winfield Dunn Pkwy and Boyd’s Creek Hwy.

When I arrived to pick up my pizza the pizza maker told me it was about ready, had to slice it and box it, handed me my order slip so I could pay for it while waiting. I said, don’t slice my pizza.

While at the checkout counter she brought me the pizza. I said, you didn’t slice it did you? Yes, she replied, I thought you were kidding.😖

I handed her my order slip which clearly states “”Do Not Slice “. She apologized saying she didn’t see that and offered to make another one. I don’t have another 20-minutes madam was my reply. Just tell me you didn’t do it in squares? Yes, was her reply 🤬

For the life of me, I don’t know why pizza places think people want square pizza instead of a traditional 🍕 See, even 🍕 emoji’s are 🍕 shaped! Nothing square Casey’s. Even the 🍕 slices in your service case are pie shaped, duh.

There’s absolutely no reason for cutting one large pizza into squares for a “party cut”!

So, Casey’s offers the choices of pie sliced (which they call “regular“ slice), square sliced, or do not slice. I chose the latter for my order🤷

We like our pizza crust a little more done than most, having the pizza uncut allows us to slip it into the oven at home for additional crisping.

Pulled up to the pump and inserted my card. Said input pin and press enter. I never use a pin in public or at a gas station. It rejected it. Tried it one more time. Same thing. Then tried American Express. It just said please wait for like a minute. I canceled the transaction. Went to Food City gas station on down the boulevard. It wouldn’t accept my bank card. Used Amex with no issue. Called USAA about my bank card. My card had been temporarily locked due to trying to use it twice at Casey’s.

They may have good service inside the store but never made it that far. I’m usually down here every couple of months but I’ll never make the mistake of trying to get gas there again.

I pulled up to get gas. Everytime it asked if I wanna join rewards I tried and your stupid pumps would freeze so I got sick of it and went inside to pay. The only worker was outside the door smoking, saw me walk in, and continued to talk to someone outside in a van completely ignoring me walking in. So I sat there for 10 minutes while he finished his conversation with whoever and finally was able to get gas.
