Self guided tour full of jump scares and tricky entrances and exits. Escape room like fun without all the reading. We enjoyed it so much! Terrifying actors that literally climb the walls right in front of you.

Even after what was surely a busy Halloween season these haunt actors were energetic and mind-blowing. Love the improvements and it was really spooky with the theming, lighting and sound. They even used scene scents to really add to the immersion. Great job guys!

Better than Halloween Horror Nights. This place deserves 10 stars. The workers are dedicated! Front desk was super kind. They truly make you feel scared! Plus it's more interactive, as you have to find your way through the mansion by locating the correct doors to move forward. Brilliant place, I highly recommend if you enjoy scary experiences! Don't go if you're scared of clowns. Makes the movie IT seem like it's for kindergarten.

This place is scary a heck my kids loved it great actors, great staff im from Ohio were there is a lot of haunted houses, and got to admit this was one of my favorites so far tons of scary,and the house is scary itself, every one was happy , made all of us happy actors jumping for floor to floor, actor crawling on the floors, chainsaw guy etc 5 stars all day , so happy we got to go through this

Out of the dozen or so haunted houses I've visited, Mysterious Mansion is THE BEST!

The atmosphere is creepy in a classic 30s to 60s style. Great sets and pacing.

The performers are fun as well especially the spider j-horror girl.

You NEED to see this for yourself.

Just went through this with four great friends. It was so fun and terrifying at the same time. The actors were committed and were serious about scaring us. The house is big, and it is like an escape room where you have to find your way out of each room. We love haunted houses and we definitely loved this one. Recommend!

This is hands down one of the best haunted houses we have ever been to! It's a haunted house while also kind of an escape room. You have to find your way through the rooms and it's 3 floors! So much fun, and they really paid attention to the details, which I appreciate. This isn't just thrown together. The staff is awesome and does a great job with jump scares. We had so much fun!

I'm from the Chicagoland area. This is one of THE best haunted houses I have ever been in and I have been to many. Been coming to Gatlinburg for years. Mysterious Mansion is one of those hidden gems that you MUST go to. The live actors do one heck of a job and there's a good flow to the whole place.

Kids loved it and so did the wife. Three stories of scary scenarios. Actors did great. Love they come outside and attract people to the mansion.

This is a fun scare to enjoy for Halloween. Haven't been to a haunted house in a long time. I enjoyed it.

This is a must try if you like haunted houses! My family went as a large group of 7, and they let us all go through together. It's very interactive. It had an escape room feel to it as you have to try to find your way out of each room with hidden passages. I was scared to death, lol, but my 9-year-old just laughed the whole way through. I would rate it as pretty intense , I'd give it a 7 out of 10 on fear factor and a 10 out of 10 for the experience. We choose to do it at night to add to the fear factor.

Its was amazing!!! The smells and looks
were so real and it’s so much like a puzzle! I recommend it!! So many puzzles and secrets that someone would have to go check out for themselves. It’s safe and has its precautions. I guess it’s not really for little kids tho because it gave some good scares

4 years later and this is still one of my favorite haunts! These scare actors go above and beyond to make this a fun, impactful, scary and unique experience! I have worked in the haunt industry myself and have been to countless haunts around the country, and this one is unlike any other. The passage doors, the scents, the scenery, and the immersive feel make this one of my favorite haunts in the country!!
I cannot recommend this enough! Thank you to the staff and scare actors who make the attraction amazing!

AhhhhhhMazing!!!!! Would definitely recommend and go back. My boyfriend was screaming and sweating throughout the whole time. Another woman that joined us was sweating profusely as well. Lots of surprises. The house was also set up really cool. Loved it!!!!!

I was expecting an average haunted house/mansion, but this experience was great. It was a good balance of gore and other subtle scare tactics. Highly recommend! My nephew and I were pretty damn scared (and I don't get scared easily).

Highly recommend!! This is the best haunted house I’ve ever been to! Definitely worth it kinda like a escape room haunted house where u have to find the door to get into the next room it was awesome u should go(: I seen where ppl said they don’t scare u this was not the case for us they do scare you more then multiple times an how they do it is very smart! The scariest best haunted house It’s a million times better then netherworld in Atlanta

Excellent place with excellent people. Very scary. So much so, my five year old, who looovvvveees haunted houses, had to get the lights on tour. Honestly, after I saw a clown with a tear away face climb up the wall like a rabid cockroach, I was glad I could use my son as an excuse to take the tour with a flashlight. The head haunt led us through, and it really meant so much to my son that he was able to go. It was clear our guide loved haunted houses as much as he did. So grateful to them!

Really cool Mansion. Do recommend going and trying out. We went to this one because I read someone else's review on another haunted house review and they recommended Mysterious Mansion. It was worth the wait and it's a little be of escape room mixed in with it.

Best Haunted house I've been to in a long time!! The characters were amazing and the 2 dudes did amazing tricks! They have to be tired! Definitely recommend going! 👌
