Pepper Palace

I love that it's all made in house, I give a lot of credit for that. There is definitely a huge variety, and I am sure anyone could find the right sauce for themselves. They have varying heat levels, the extreme does not get too off the charts, but has enpugh to satisfy most. Every saucee is tasteable before purchasing. There are also rubs, salsa and other things available as well.

I have been here many times since the late 90's and its always on my list while in Gatlinburg. Huge selection of sauces, salsas and spices. Very friendly and helpful employees 🌶

The sauces, salsas, seasonings, and marinades are phenomenal. They offer a wide variety that covers the sweet, savory, mild, and flaming heat to meet any taste desired. There are options for special dietary restrictions and the staff are friendly and willing to chat about their favorites and recommendations.
Some of the flavors are quite unique while others are very traditional, but all of them taste of high quality and are fun to sample. Glad we can order online as we don't see any locations near home.

This was a great experience for me and my friends. We tried the Hottest hot sauce and with just one drop of the hot sauce our tongue and throat was fuming 😂.

Since we are desi people who always have spicy food it was tolerable for us but still too hot.

Must try when in Gatlinburg

April 2023 - came in here with my cousin and we tried many hot sauces. Very good selection and the staff was great in helping us out. Inside they have a museum of many hot sauces. Great place and worth visiting if you are in the area.

Visited the Mountain Mall location with my fiance and LOVED IT!! Rick the manager was awesome and made great suggestions based on our feed back and took his time to find things we would have never thought of. Everything in the photo came to under $100 total and will last a year! Everything is available to sample including the spice mixes and salsas. Everything is made with all natural ingredients and you actually pronounce all the ingredients! Definitely check it out even if you don't like hot sauce, they have something for everyone, sweet stuff and tasty stuff! Highly recommend it!

Wow! The selection and variety of this place is outstanding. The store clerk was so fun and friendly! He helped pick out the perfect hot sauce to bring home for our son. He loves it, btw.

Rick was great! Made the experience wonderful. This is our second encounter with him, both times have been such a positive encounter. He was amazing with our 13 year old on his bday trip!

Can't say enough about this place. Rick was insanely knowledgeable about spices, rubs and cooking. I love my spices and coming up with new flavors but this dude has this on lock. He told me a couple stories about some of the more interesting spices at the museum part that just cracked me up. Ask about the roller derby guy, you'll be amused. Additionally, ignore the label coffee rub. Trust me, the random guy you've never met, it has ZERO to do with coffee. I have a decent amount of spices and stuff but I'm heading to more of this guys ideas and mixes. This is just the beginning but I'll add more!! Thanks again Rick!!!!!

Love this place! Owner is very knowledgeable about everything in there and so friendly! Best hot sauce and bbqs I’ve ever tried! Even if you don’t like super hot sauces, like myself, there’s one that’s amazing for you. 10/10 would recommend

The best Pepper Palace location!! Michael is super awesome and helpful. Went in planning on getting one sauce, left with 3 (one was free for screaming in the hallway) and a jar of hot pickles! Will definitely visit again when we come back on another vacation!

Best Pepper Palace and an original. We've been going here for decades. It's tradition and it has to be this one. Rick, the manager, is so helpful! If you buy 5 items, your 6th one is free!!

My boyfriend and I came for a vacation for our 3yr anniversary. On our day before last we came to Gatlinburg to look around at the shops, and oh boy did we find one of our favorites! Rick (the manager) was super nice and helpful! He gave use suggestions and would have us try some new stuff and we even gradually tried hotter and hotter sauces. The “tres Diablos” sauce was extremely good but that was our tap out on heat wise 😂 that was his third hottest sauce and if you can get past his #1 hottest sauce he has one more that’s even hotter (good luck with that one😂) all of the ingredients are simple and no high fructose corn syrups or the extra junk that isn’t needed just good flavor and nice heat. Definitely ordering more off the website!

Rick was beyond amazing and super helpful!! Definitely go stop by and get everything and anything spicy!! If you’re feeling feisty like me do the challenge and try the FLATLINE sauce.

We worked with the manager, Rick, who helped us pick some great sauces based on things that we liked. We also tried a lot of things we would have never thought we would like without him. Great experience as always!

Rick the manager made my family’s experience at Pepper Palace so enjoyable. He showed us different sauces and combinations catered to our personal preferences and really impressed us. The sauces themselves were amazing and we will definitely be repurchasing to try the variety that they carry.

Holy hot this place was a blast. We were walking around when the manager Rick challenged us to the hot sauce taste test competition. We immediately joined and we went all the way from mild to the extreme Mr. Pain sauce. He was so entertaining to the the whole family and made our experience great. Totally recommend you to stop by, try Ricks challenge, and bye one of the hundreds of sauces.

Micheal was great with helping me find what I was looking for. Really was just great experience in general. Knowledgeable and passionate about his job, definitely someone you want running your company, and helped me find a location close to my home. Also the black rose hot sauce is 🔥

Rick and Tyler were great help in getting us the right hot sauce we wanted. We also did the Flatline hot sauce challenge and it was such a hoot! I highly recommend people visiting this shop to get all their sauce and salsa needs. You can even sample! They have so many varieties. Can’t wait to go back!
