Bang Bang Cafe

I have been here since day 1 since it open. The coffee, food and the service is outstanding. They have a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. My favorite Vegan mac and cheese. I eat here 3 times a week. Great location, plenty street parking, 2 blocks from the Edgewater hotel by the waterfront.

I can confidently say this is one of the best restaurants in all of Seattle! I have never ordered something here that I didn’t regret. The staff are extremely friendly each and every time we visit. Highly recommend.

I’ve been vegan 5 years and this is easily the best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had. It was decadent. The flavors are really layered and robust. Everything came out fresh. The staff was kind and engaging. I never leave reviews but really felt compelled to let it be known what a great spot this is. As I type this I’m getting ready to go back there for breakfast for the 2nd day in a row. Highly recommend

Delicious food and generous portions. Bang bang burrito was absolutely tasty and the biscochito shortbread which is made of orange and fennel was unique and delicious. The chai latte was perfect..not too sweet. Excellent service and super nice interiors. Lots of seating inside. Highly recommend this place.

A random brunch stop on a Saturday morning, ended up being fabulous in every possible way. Will definitely be back. Especially for a vegan and omnivore couple being able to eat at the same place.

We both got their vegan breakfast burritos and they were bomb.

When you step in here, you will notice the most friendly smile greeting you from across the counter. The customers that come before and after you are spoken to like family, those customer who frequented this eatery on the daily and sometime 3x a day because the food is AMAZING. Did I mention the food is amazing. This is the first time here as I googled "Best Vegan Breakfast Burrito in Seattle," and this place popped up. I got recommendations and went with the breakfast burrito smothered with red and green chili sauce made vegan and to accompany my burrito I got a Cardamom Oat Milk Latte (Homemade Cardamom syrup). The first sip of my latte blew my mind at the robust flavors intertwining together in a beautiful dance. I thought of taking a small taste of my burrito before driving home 75 mins away, but that did not work out well for the burrito. The blend of authentic flavors that met my taste buds made them dance like never before. I will definitely be back for more in the future. If you're looking for the best vegan breakfast burrito, it is here at @BangBangCafe. They have a lot of options on their menu and can make menu items vegan if preferred. I enjoyed my birthday lunch here with my vegan bestie. Food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Had a mimosa to top it off. I got a piece of cake to go to enjoy at home and it was AMAZING. I'm so glad I found this place!

As much as I want to complain about the prices of the dishes, I really can't fault a business that prioritizes the health and well-being of their staff! I really appreciate that their staff is paid a living wage, and you can definitely tell that it makes them more committed to the quality of the dishes they prepare. Everything was DELICIOUS! The guacamole was fresh and the chips were crispy and warm. I got the Bang Bang Burrito and it was beautifully prepared and fresh. There was ample space to spread out and relax, work, or study while you eat/drink!

Excellent and plentiful vegan options. Delicious food. Very kind employees. My only complaint was that all the food on my dish wasn’t hot, but they were too busy for me to feel comfortable saying anything. The raspberry streusel bar was amazing.

We stopped in for a quick bite and everything was delicious 🤤 the vegan Mac and cheese with the crunchy breadcrumbs was super tasty and the double chocolate eclair was shareable and went really well with my cappuccino 👌

So sooo good!!!! Really great vegan burritos. Oh, and the people are charming, professional and accommodating. But the food was definitely the star! There would be a photo but it didn’t last long. Next time I’m in Seattle I’ll definitely be back. I’ll take pictures then.

Omg the vegan Mac and cheese - I am dreaming of it at night, I’ve had my fair share of vegan Mac and cheese buuuut this was far the best I’ve ever had!!!! I’ll definitely have to go back again before our vacation ends. My partner had a vegan burrito and he was in heaven with the hot sauces.

No pictures as we couldn’t wait and had to eat these delicious treats. Maybe I’ll be patient enough next time and add some later! Also nicest staff!!!! Definitely recommend. Wish they had open longer so I could go twice a day 🤣🤣🤣

Update: we went a second time, was just as good as the first time… look at this creamy treat and those little crispy crumbs on top 🤤🤤🤤

Bang Bang Cafe, where do I start? Solid breakfast and lunch goodies with a New Mexico flavor. Decent coffee and sweets. A refreshed interior that is light filled and cozy. The espresso is solid. I suggest anything with the hatch chilies!

Always great to. Super vegetarian breakfasts. Fantastic coffee. Super friendly service. Simply the best breakfast for me. They have the very best totally vegan options.

We love this shop. It is our favorite coffee in Seattle. The coffee is perfect. They also make New Mexican style food. Which yum. Something I’ve missed so much. The flavors are spot on. I’ve brought so many people here to try this place and they are all blown away by the flavors, which are unique to Seattle. BTW my favorite coffee drink is the cardamom oat milk latte. Perfection. My favorite breakfast- breakfast burrito with brisket added.

Excellent New Mexican goodness! I love the hatch chili burritos one has brisket or U can get eggs. Green and red hatch sauce. So comforting and a true treat! They also have quiche, chia pudding, vegan mac, breakfast plates, and sandwiches. Coffee and pastries are good too. What makes this place great are the 2 sisters that own this cafe and the LOVE they put into every meal! Not only are they the nicest people you can ever meet, that love shines through this cafe and it is truly special! It's a real treat every time I go there. You know food is good when its made with love.

Came for the first time today to try out the vegan Mac and cheese w vegan chorizo. I’m not a vegan however I am abstaining from meat/dairy for Ethiopian orthodox fasting right now and was really craving cheese. I had low hopes for vegan Mac and cheese but was incredibly surprised how creamy/cheesy-flavored theirs was! The vegan chorizo tasted more like ground beef than chorizo but still, it didn't taste like I was eating “fake” ingredients! I highly recommend for vegans and even non-vegans!

This place is bomb. Just grabbed the vegan burrito and vegan mac. A bit expensive ($31) but that's how these things go I guess. I wouldn't eat here every day just because of the price but if you wanna treat yourself, you can't miss. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff too. First time trying. Will probably be back after I recover financially in 4 or 5 paychecks. 😂

The food we had was delicious, came fast, filling and I appreciated the revolution kitty decor. My husband got a burrito (which if I had been hungrier I would have too) and I got a bagel sandwich which was perhaps the best bagle sandwich I had ever had. We really liked this place.
