We love Dr. D! She has been our family dentist for over a decade. Very caring, genuine, gentle and amazing all around. I have needed a few fillings and crowns over the years. Everything has always been perfect. Highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.

The best dentist I have ever had! Dr. Deore and her staff are so kind and welcoming. They make you not dread a trip to the dentist.

Dr. D came recommended to me by one of my coworkers and I’m glad I took them up on it. It has been a great experience being a patient there and I actually look forward to going into the office. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and they create a very family-friendly environment. They even have TVs on the ceiling for you to watch while they work on you. :)

As they maintain office hours on some Saturdays this has allowed me to continue me to visit since they are located in Lewisville and I live in South Arlington And no longer work in the area. It’s absolutely worth the drive. 👍🏾👍🏾

As always, the service was outstanding. I have worked over 20 years in pharma and medical device quality as well as in hospitals and am well aware of medical personnel performance. Coppell Smiles personnel are very well trained and know exactly how to make me feel at ease and comfortable. Lets face it. A trip to the dentist can be frightening. But with such caring professionals I feel relaxed and I certainly trust them with any procedure.

I love this place. My friend referred me last year. I've regular appointments for myself and my 10 yr old. They are professional, provides good advise and mentions if the service is absolutely needed or can wait. The estimates have been accurate. The front desk lady is also very helpful, didn't mind to reschedule my appointment multiple times. Best part is they are open late hrs on weekdays and on Saturday as well.

Got me in within 30 minutes for an emergency. I was a new patient. Who does that? Every place I called said next week. That's amazing! Not only did the staff go up and beyond for me the Dentist did a well. The atmosphere and genuine friendliness was unlike any Dentist that I have ever used. I can't say how very blessed I am to have found this office. 💖

Excellent Service!

I went for my semi annual cleaning and the staff was very friendly. No long wait. No excessive paperwork. No oral injuries. Management was competent. The Dentist made sure all of my questions were answered. And MeMe (Hygienist) did a great job cleaning my teeth. She made it very comfortable and painless. I highly recommend Coppell Smiles for any dental needs!

I’ve been coming here for years now and brought my three year old for his first appointment in October. He. Loved. It! He got to watch his favorite show on Netflix while lying in the chair with sunglasses on. Dr. D was so great with him making sure he wasn’t scared. Took him today for his 6 mo checkup and again, he was so excited. He watched his show, used the cool suction stick, and was so happy about his new toothbrush and stickers!

I have been going to Dr. D for 5 years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. Dr. D is personable, professional and thorough and will explain everything to your satisfaction. I never have to wait long nor do I feel rushed to leave. Any and all concerns that you have are addressed without pushing unnecessary services. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

The staff at Coppell Smiles, especially Dr. Deore and Aubrey are so wonderful! I have always seen Dr. Deore with a smile on her face, greeting everyone so genuinely and really taking care of her patients. Even if a procedure is painful or if modifications have to be made, she and her staff are very accommodating and ready to fix it. I know going to the dentist can be a scary experience but I honestly don't feel as nervous because Dr. Deore puts you at ease. We were recommended Coppell Smiles by a family friend and we are so thankful and would not go anywhere else. Thank you for your services!

Dr. Prachi Deore, An excellent dentist, my family dentist, the one dentist who puts a smile on everyone when they leave her clinic. A smile, where they can show their bright clean teeth. A very caring, concerned and whose priority are her patients. From a child to a senior citizen. Her rooms are very clean and equipped with the latest dental instruments. Dr.Prachi is very thorough in her explanation of what needs to be done and depending on the patient's situation is very considerate towards them.I would recommend Dr.Prachi Deore to my friends and family anytime they need a great dentist. I trust Dr.Prachi Deore completely.

I NEVER HAVE enjoyed going to a Denist. It's simply not my favorite thing to do. I can't stand all the grinding, my head being leaned back and the occasional pain from those back teeth. However Coppell Smiles has changed the game for Me. They provide Netflixs to help take your mind off of things, a blanket to keep you warm (pre-covid), room purifiers, and always on schedule. I must mention Neisha is the best, she is kind, gentle, and very considerate when cleaning my teeth. She knows I need my earstoppers and Vaseline so my lips don't dry. I don't have anxiety simply knowing that Neisha , Dr D and all the staff will ensure my dental care is superb. Never have I ever been able to say that comfortably.

Dr. Deore and her staff have always been helpful and proficient in the work they perform. Today, after having consulted with an Endodontist, I needed to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Deore performed the procedure as expected... with excellence and without complications. I highly recommend the dental services at Coppell Smiles.

Until I went to Coppell Smiles I experienced anxiety every time I had to visit the dentist's office. Since meeting Dr. D my anxiety is no longer and each time I have had to have a procedure done, She has explained everything as it happened. I have been seeing her for approximately 3 years now and I still travel across the metroplex to have all of my dental work done at Coppell Smiles.
