PROs: Great location. Great customer service. Great selection. 3D feet measurement device, instead of a treadmill, helped to find my best fit.
CONs: A few young service members were discussing and laughing over their phones at the register but shortly came to an end when it got busy.
Brad remainder stoic throughout my shoe searching. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs. We appreciate his undivided attention while he ended up working back to back with other customers.

I recently got into running and knew I needed proper shoes and I’m so happy I stopped by Fleet Feet! Blair was incredibly helpful and helped me choose a pair of Brooks. I went on a run today wearing my new running shoes and I shortened my 5k by 3 minutes! Thank you Blair!

I drive past this location all the time but decided to stop in since I have a 5K run coming up and had some extra time. I love that they can scan your feet and suggest shoes that will fit you best. Robert was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with showing me new brands and styles than I’m used to wearing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get sized and fitted for running shoes.

I was helped by a VERY knowledgeable salesperson. I felt very well educated on my choices and he spent a lot of time with me to make sure I felt good in the shoes - didn't feel rushed or pressured and appreciate the time that the sales rep spent with me to find the right shoes for an upcoming half marathon.

The staff at Fleet Feet in Coppell were very knowledgeable and personable! I had a great experience with buying new running shoes. They took the time to scan my feet and do a gate assessment to find a great shoe for me. They were very educated on their products and recommended an in sole as well and also gave me information on how to buy better shoes in the future. Thank you for all of your help!

Super great service from the sales guy who greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I left with a nice pair of shoes that fit me better than anything I’ve worn in my life. Definitely get your feet scanned while you’re there to see what type of shoe you could benefit from the most.

Fleet Feet has been my go to for new running/exercise shoes for years, since the Run-On days. Their selection is great quality, and I appreciate getting to try on in store and not have the hassle of online shopping.

The staff has always been attentive and knowledgeable. The woman helping me most recently was even able to tell me the differences between the Bondi 7 I replaced with the newer Bondi 8.

Overall great experience. I didn't have to wait at all. They size your feet using a special scale and watch how you walk so they can make recommendations on shoes. I asked lots of questions, and the guy that helped me was super knowledgeable. The shoes are great quality, and they're reasonably priced. Most shoes I saw ranged from $140-$170. The socks seem kind of expensive ($20/pair for good ones), but they are nice quality.

During my recent visit , Brad went above and beyond to help me with my issue .His exceptional customer service truly stood out. Not only was he was friendly but very patient to listen to my problems . Highly recommend

I’m very impressed by the staff at this location. I came in for issues with plantar fasciitis and was just going to grab a few insoles and call it a day. Decided to ask the sales lady her thoughts. She was soo knowledgeable and insightful. She listened to what I was going through, recommended a product that has worked for others and also made some show recommendations for when my PF goes away. I just walked away feeling taken care and supported. Highly recommend!!

In a world of online shopping and big box stores, I am grateful to have found a running shoe store where I can speak to a staff member who knows all about running shoes and what the benefits of each shoe are. I found the prices competitive to online stores but I always prefer shopping in person over shopping online and will refer anyone and everyone to Fleet Feet. I love my new Hoka running shoes and the customer service I received to help decide which shoes were best for my goals.

If your looking for a perfect fit sneaker, this is the place to go. Excellent sale people. I needed a stability sneaker that orthotic inserts would fit into. I walked out with 2 different pairs! HOKA and NEW BALANCE. I am thrilled with the feeling and the color and look of the shoes. Large selection. One on one customer service.

Jonah assisted me with an up-to-date 3D scan of my feet. From there, the very first pair of shoes he brought out for me were an absolutely perfect fit. I’ve already put 5k on them! I like that there is a running meetup on Tuesday evenings, I would love to check that out sometime!

Most recently, Paul helped me find a new pair of shoes for my upcoming marathon. He pulled lots of options based on my needs, and he made great recommendations! friendly knowledgeable staff, high quality products. They don't have every running shoe, but they have most of the brands I see on people's feet at my gyms. They have multiple options to try on, and the staff knows which shoe to suggest based on the use of the shoe.

Nick is a great salesman. He understood my questions and helped me get the right fit shoes. Ask for him. I recommend this place !

The store assistant, Stephanie, was very nice and informative in helping us figure out what shoes we needed for best comfort, fit, and arch support. We had an excellent experience with her.

These guys never fail to provide excellent customer service. I travel to this store bc I know I’ll be able to get the pair of shoes I need or the help I need to select a new pair.
