I am so happy to be back with Texas Farm Bureau, but more importantly, to have an agent near me that actually cares.

The agent in Henrietta Texas, Nadia Garcia, was intentionally causing me issues as she was more concerned with small town politics than providing proper service with integrity.

It’s great to be back and I am already impressed with the team!!

Thank you so much.

I am writing this review in regards to one of your agents, Justin. It takes a lot for me to write a letter of this nature, but this is absolutely warranted….and deserved.

In all my years of having insurance on houses, autos, RV, boat, art etc, with many different companies, Justin is by far the best agent (and person) I have EVER dealt with. Not only does he know his business and the industry as a whole, he is available anytime I’m in need. Just the other night at 9:00 PM I sent him a text with a VIN number of a new car for our policy. He replied immediately and changed it - AT 9PM!! I guarantee the “big national companies“ wouldn’t reply at this time of night! I wouldn’t have their cell number and I would still be stuck in some phone system IVR on hold waiting for a rep.

I sent an email to Justin one night because I knew if I text him he would reply and I didn’t want to bother him and his family after hours. He got my email and replied anyway - within minutes. It happened to be a claim question/problem that he not only assisted with but went on to make calls to repair shops to find one for us….like, who does that?!? The issue wasn’t even with your company. There are no words to describe his exceptional service.

I can go on and on with example after example of his exemplary customer service. My request is that you forward this to his peers and other leaders in the organization to bring attention to his phenomenal work ethic and customer service. Give the man a raise and keep him for life - gems like him are hard to come by.

I am a raving fan for life!

Our home in New Hope was damaged by a hailstorm. The claims staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions within record time. I must have called 5 different times with questions and my claim handler was incredibly responsive.

Our agent, John Prochaska is always available for us to talk about how to best structure our auto insurance (we have a lot of cars) to save us money. He also is proactive regarding our home and ranch policy to make sure that things like outbuildings and tractors are covered. This is a great company that really knows how to treat its customers, and we appreciate the relationship we have with them.

I've been working with them for over a decade and my family had before that. Claims are processed quickly with no haggle for a check ( all 5 times I've had them) Good customer service and good pricing ( I shopped around to make sure even recently ). Thanks guys!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Let’s just start off letting you know this company is a complete joke! Also beware if you get involved in an auto claim with these people when not at fault they will try to give you little to nothing for your vehicle. Had a very nice car (to us) that wasn’t even 2 years old that I had bought for my girlfriend. One of Texas farm bureau clients hit my car with my 3 year old daughter and girlfriend in the car. My daughter lucky was okay but my girlfriend suffered from shattered fingers on her left hand and very bruised up. The wreck happened over a month ago they are still low balling us like crazy on our vehicle. All we wanted was our car appraised properly with the upgrades that it had on it from the dealership and they will not do that they will drive you to get an attorney (something more to just waste your time and money) If you plan on using this company just know they do not work with you and or the other parties involved which would then get yourself in a law suit cause Texas farm bureau WILL NOT work with the injured party.

THE boys behind all this mess is,

Caleb Wafford - claims representative

Larry Ford - district claims manager (also has been no help. No responds to emails or phone calls)

Phillip Beals - Regional claims manager (no help does not respond to emails or phone calls)

I wish I could rate negative five. Pray God to never get hit my Texas Farm Bureau insurer. Even if the fact prove that you are not at fault, they will mis interpret the fact to not pay for the damage. I was rear ended by TFBI customer who is honest by admitting that she hit my car pushing my car to go hit another. I did my best to avoid hitting the car in the front causing the damage on the passenger side of my car. The police officer took our statement separably and come to the same conclusion. Now, they are saying that I am the one who hit the car in front of me first causing therefore they will only pay for the rear side damage, unbelievable. They don't even batter to send someone to assess the damage of the car. They ars the same as people who go rob law abiding citizens and i don't understand how they are allowed to operate. just pray God to never have to deal with them.

Yeah. This was some else's insurance company that had hit us. Been a week since the accident and still trying to get them to approve to fix our car. This is why I don't use them. Scam artist.
