My sandwich was cooked to perfection, soup was piping hot and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was packed, but we got our food on time and with a smile. Best Panera I’ve ever been to!

The restaurant is clean. Great place to come eat and study. They have so many options of food and drinks. Free Wi-Fi and good place to relax and have a meal.

I went for Brunch with My Sister-in-law, and we Both had their Greek Salad with Chicken plus added extra Feta Cheese and their Balsamic Dressing, along with a Turkey, Avocado BLT and 2 Chocolate Croissants, it was ALL so DELICIOUS. The Service was Great and This location has a warm vibe. I'd like to add that I forgot my purse there and DIDN'T realize it until 2 hours later. When I went back, the Manager was kind to assist my concerns and one of their staff members had placed my purse in the back for safe keeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH PANERA, FOR HIRING HONEST and HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES!

Awesome place🔥 courteous staff, easy to use kiosk system. Paid Membership has perks, even the basic membership has perks, was able to redeem a free cookie on first visit via the app. Food to seat takes a little more time than expected about a 15 min turnaround. The wait is worth it, the mac and cheese options are good, the corn chowder is on point. Spicy chicken sandwich is ok, salad is bigger than expected and fully customizable.

I routinely pick up boxes of cookies for handing out in offices for work. Today was the 2nd day at this Addison location on Beltline.

The staff was very friendly and helpful today. My order was perfect and I got a text alert when my order was ready !

The cashier is very sweet. He helped us by briefing us about various bakery items available and helped us decide the best. Almond croissant was delicious and also the papaya green lemonade. The bagels are delicious too. Definitely recommend this place.
Seating is comfortable and has free WiFi.

Alyssia was a bomb cashier. She was so helpful and such a kind, caring soul. I work just a bit down and want to come more often just to visit and chat with her. Panera needs to hire more people like her for sure!!!

Wonderful food and deserts. I love the grill cheese sandwich and tomatoe soup. My grandson always gets the Mac and Cheese. And of course, the scones and flip flop cookies. All top notch.

A great Panera location, but even better because-DRIVE-THRU. It's the best part, not that anything else is wrong with this location.

Have ordered pick up from here a few times. Always very quick getting orders out and food is always fresh. Service is nice and parking is good. They separate the to-go orders that are delivery and the ones which you pick up. Makes it easier to find yours.

Panera bread app kept giving error when attempting to place a somewhat large order for rapid pickup. Probably spent about good 20 mins restarting the app but didn't work. Decided to walk in to the store and the staff were excellent and quickly got my order ready. Thank you!

I enjoy coming here every time. very friendly staff, they always look happy and doing their best to help customers. They keep the restroom clean which is a big deal for me. After coming here to study for a while, this place feels like home to me

I like this place. I always get curbside pick up from there.

My only complaint is the lane for drive thru it is always blocking the entrance to the parking

This particular location has an awesome cashier named Janice. I want Tre who is the Manager of this location to know that she was an instant friend and made us love your location forever. You need to tell Mark the District Manager about Janice because she deserves a raise and vacation for really knowing what to recommend. The sandwiches were so awesome that I would eat them even if I wasn't hungry. No that's good food!
If you've ever screamed over a sandwich than you probably had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I nearly turned into a monster with a single craving to eat as many of these as I could. But I composed myself and just ordered another sandwich and discovered that even a simple Grilled Cheese Sandwich was reinvented by Panera to die for or kill for, your preference. You've got to try out these sandwichs and not just one, buy three and you'll understand why. Tell Janice she is awesome!

Very busy store but very quick service and clean! The staff is very nice and attentive to what you need!
Location is convenient but is in a busy intersection so if your not from this area you might find it difficult to go to but it has plenty of parking!
This store has internet so those of you that want a place to relax and do your work then this is a great place!

The lady who was working was helpful. She helped us order exactly what we were wanting at a better price. The food is always good here & so is the teas.
