Eddie Buckley - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would like to share my experience with Brantley, she's is the best! Brantley is very responsive, when I send her an email she calls me within minutes and always have a solution available.
Recently I inquired about a my coverage and not only was my situation covered by my policy Brantley immediately transferred me to claims and in less than 5 minutes I was able to file the claim and hopping to get my car fixed soon.

I just recently spoke with Monique who is with Eddie Buckley of State Farm. She was so helpful and explained things very well and in a way I understood what she was telling me. It was a very nice conversation and I didn't feel rushed ......Monique took time for me and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am so glad I reached out to Lizzie who shared information to educate those of us who are lost in this area of life insurance. She answered every question, was very kind and just felt like she became my friend or colleague who is just willing to help and inform others. My family and I signed up with new policies and rewrote my young child’s. Now we are just awaiting the blood and urine analysis portion of this process and see wha happens from there! She should hold seminars or classes for those working young adults because I wish I would have invested in life insurance when I turned 18. Other sales agents haven’t been able to be as patient or available in explaining how life insurance policies works. But it’s best to do your own research and have questions ready as well. I highly recommend Lizzie if you’re an introvert like me and afraid to seek help.

My family & I recently moved to Texas and needed to find new comprehensive coverage for our two vehicles. After shopping around online & being unable to find any quotes that didn't far exceed what we had been paying prior, I found the website of our local State Farm office & filled out a contact request form. Within 10 minutes of doing so, I received a call back from Brantley Smith from Eddie Buckley's State Farm office in Celina, and she was so incredibly helpful, easily answering every question I had & getting the information that she needed to build out a quote for us. She was able to secure us coverage that was significantly more comprehensive than what we had previously, for a LOWER price, and she was able to do this on a 20 minute phone call! Our policies came in exactly as quoted & we truly couldn't be happier with our insurance company and with Brantley- if you need auto insurance in North Texas, this is your girl!

This is by far the best insurance agency I have ever dealt with! Brantley is a true pleasure to work with and can help out with every question thrown her way and will have any issue addressed asap. This is the first insurance company that I have been able to text and it is a game changer to not have to sit on the phone/on hold to address things. When I got in a accident, Eddie personally called me to check and see how I was doing if there was anything he or his team could do to help out and get me back on the road. After having my current auto policy DOUBLE with very little notice, I contacted Brantley with Eddie Buckleys office. She had a quote back to me within minutes of sending my info over and saved me HALF of what my old company was quoting!
