Bluffs at Vista Ridge Apartments

Just signed our lease and we are so excited!! The unit is everything we could ask for, the property is absolutely beautiful, and Jan was a huge help in making us feel welcome the second we walked into her office. We are eager to call this place home in less than two months.

We love our community, big & nice apartments, great management, Maria is always friendly and maintenance on time for any situation.

I like this place! I have lived here for 4-5 months now and so far everything is great! I have never lived in an apartment community before, and just moved to Texas from the East Coast. There is no sign of infestation. The apartment was clean upon move on (can't say the same for other apartments I toured in the area) and they are very pet friendly. We have some small animals upon move in and also adopted a cat while living here. To comment on the parking situation, you will have no problem if you get a carport... which I would think anyone would want to get anyway with the hail around here. The pool could be kept a little bit cleaner perhaps, I only saw it once on move in day (not much of a swimmer). Cost is much cheaper, for the same price in New England I lived in an OK Victorian era building with completely messed up electrical work which prevented internet connection in every room but one and mice infestation. So... I would so far so good here!

Current Resident Nov 2018 - current, I've had no issues here. Night Courtesy Officer is amazing. Put a call in about the building electricity going out at 430am during a storm, it was back on within an hour. Staff are always nice and polite. The person that complained about the 60 day NOTICE... you signed it... that's every apt I've lived in. I have no bugs in my apt, some people just live nasty I guess, you can also call for unscheduled pest control to come to your apt. All my maintenance requests are done within 24 hours, unless it's the weekend... if it's not a severe issue, then Monday. It's pretty quite here. Can't even here the mall traffic from inside and they also have motorcycle lessons at the mall. No need driving to the mall or cinemark, there's a gate in the back wall. Everything I like is within a 2 min drive. Best apt I've lived in so far. OH, and they're putting in a FREE DOG WASH STATION. No more expensive baths for my dog anymore. Most of the dogs here are friendly as well.

Our family has lived here through 2 management companies and the current one Cottonwood has been always accommodating and cordial. They are professional and always are time sensitive to our requests be it a work order or any questions we may have.

The apartments are comfortable and clean, we have not once in 3 years ever seen any bugs of the dirty kind but my daughter did find a lady bug albeit the balcony door was open 🐞

The GM and her team are great and always have a smile when spoken with. My family in building 11 thank you and always encourage good management practices.

My review today is about our maintenance staff. Today I had car problems and with out being asked they came to help my brother in law try and figure out what the problem was and stayed to help check all possibilities to fix it. When we figured out what the problem was and got the parts they came and helped assemble and put my car back together. I am really grateful that they were there and able to lend a helping hand to get my car going. I also haven't had any issues with them in any maintenance issues with my apartment I think they all seem really friendly and do their jobs well.

I want to also say that since Cottonwood has taking overover the apartment the office staff and up keeps have really improved. The pool got an update along with the grill area which is great for summer. The office staff has always been really friendly towards me and always willing to help with any issues I have.

I love love love my apartment. Nick is awesome, always friendly and helpful. My apartment is beautiful, clean (upon walk through), and haven't had a need to ask the staff for anything. The lease process was smooth, easy and efficient, staff was nice and very easy to contact. I love it!!!!

Today I was approved for an apartment and was assisted by a nice young lady by the name of Stephanie. She did an amazing job giving me all the details and answering every single question with a smile. I have been a property manager before and I must say she would be a person that Id love to have if I was still a PM. Great job Stephanie! I cant wait to move in.

I couldn't expect more than what I get here! Huge and beautiful pool, incredible staff and a location seeming situated right in the middle of everything! I moved in almost six months ago, have had two service requests with both being resolved either the day of or the next day! Highly recommend checking this place out, oh and do it while it is hot outside and grab one of the free ice cream sandwiches being handed out at the pool by the management! You're welcome!

To all of the people who are writing bad reviews about this apartment complex, their managers, and maintenance are dead wrong.

I have lived in this complex for about two and half years and have had no trouble once so ever. Well I take that back. I had one issue which was my own fault for not reading the email all the way through about visitor parking and I got my friends car towed, which was every fault of my own, and now I know where to have them park so they will not get towed. They do have a recker come through it is just when most people are asleep so you don't ever really see it if you work during the day.

The management team has done everything in their power to make this feel like home, since I moved from out of state. (South Dakota) Any questions or problems they do their best in order to help, and help in a timely manner.

Maintenance has always been able to come and fix urgent things very quick. Even in the middle of the night. Otherwise they still try and do things in a very timely manner, but which some have to realize is that you are not the only one in the complex who may have things go wrong. So patients is a virtue. To the gentleman who said they will not come in to your apartment without you there, they will. You just have to give promission for them to do so.

So to all who are looking come on by and see what they have to offer. I will be staying and loving every minute of it!

Quiet apartments with respectful neighbors. The staff is extremely friendly, and Nick is amazing. Always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help with anything you need. I cant complain about a thing! Had a really good time while here, and highly recommmend it to anyone!

just moved in here and the experience has been top notch so far. Brandi has been wonderful throughout the process. I see some of the reviews posted already and haven't experienced any hint of bad management. My neighbors have been pretty nice and welcoming. It is a premium location for a pretty good price (~$1/sq ft). Walking distance to cosco, gate opens to the mall, tons of restaurants in a safe neighborhood with instant access to 35 and 121. Recent construction and the layouts are nice. SB would be a fine choice

Great experience living here, mangement is very friendly and willing to help you out without any problems. The maintenance team is very quick to your request and usually comes out within the same or next day

Amazing communication and service! They actually answer their phones and emails when you need them, and respond back quickly!

I’ve edited my most review of this place . Jan and her team worked hard to restore my faith in them, I was happy to call this place home.

I love my new home! Nick and the entire staff have been great through out the entire process.

Maintenance always came to help so quick (and only twice we called in 2 years), we appreciate that.
