Great park with fab food carts. The hotdog stand is epic and one of the best I've encountered. One end of the monorail is there. Stairs lead up to the station but I bet they have an elevator too. I've been told there's some kind of space needle there also. 😉 Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌🏼

Folk Life Festival is a blast!
Contra,swing dancing and more.
Japanese Drummers too. Music pavilion, beer garden and the fountain.
Just go, and check out the food carts/vendors. Wear your walking/dancing shoes. The Space Needle and the Mo Pop are within walking distance. Hippies are everywhere! Police are present, guides that are friendly too. Go early stay the day. All day parking 30 bucks.
Going back Saturday, Sunday my brother is playing Allspice group for music. Bring the kids, your grandma, fun for all.

I have visited Seattle Center many times it is home of exceptional events, experiences and environments that entertains all ages throughout the year! There is events calendar schedules that is up to date. Place is well kept have walking biking trails, worlds largest fountain, stadiums, arena, opera, armory, food halls, museums, kids play areas and best of all Monorail ( coin operated ) which takes you to and from from heart of Seattle. CityPass helps. One of my favorite place. Everyone should explore Artists at play area.

Loved this place!!! Glad I came in today while the sun was still shining. Spectacular views all the way around and also a great gift and souvenirs shop to get different stuff and t-shirts to bring back home. Weather was nice today around 45 degrees. Would love to come back in the summer next time.

Perfect day to bring out of town family to see the Space Needle. We went on a Thursday, and it was hardly a wait at all to get in. I really enjoyed the displays you see about the construction of the building as you walk in. Once up, the views were breathtaking. I haven't been since they remodeled, and the rotating glass floor was fun. Every staff member we encountered was friendly.

Traveled here all the way from PA just to ride an elevator. Pretty cool glass elevator, not the fastest I’ve been on. It doesn’t make your stomach jump going up, a little on the way down. Great views at the top. It was clear so we could see Olympic national park. There’s restrooms up top and then a glass floor that creaks which is scary. I’d recommend it to say you’ve done it.

The Seattle center is home to an array of sights and activities. Fun for the whole family to explore.
You can see the monorail enter from above the MOPA. The Space Needle is a must to see. The grounds are full of wonderful modern art and local vendors and musicians.

Long wait to get pictures in the line then the long line continued to the entrance. Do not understand why they had steps to get in, one lady was refused entrance because was using a walker. Beautiful views.

This is really a nice touristy spot to visit! Lots of food options, endless sights to see. The city has done a great job of cleaning up the area and making it feel safe. Lots to see and do, from the Spaceneedle to Climate Change Arena! Just seems as if there are limitless things to keep you busy. The weather was great on this trip! Dry and warm for a winter night.

The Chihuly exhibition is amazingly beautiful and impressive — but much smaller compared with similarly priced museum experiences. Unusually expensive admission cost, relative to much larger and more famous museums worldwide. Still, a worthwhile experience if you enjoy unusual types of art. Exotically alluring. Spectacularly colorful.

Visited with C3 City Pass which was well worth it. Wonderful views and staff are helpful, experienced, and kind. Recommend going at a less popular time as the wait and amount of people at/ right after sunset ended up being overwhelming. Safe, comfortable and unforgettable experience.

Went to NORTHWEST FOLKLIFE FESTIVAL. HAD beef polish on a bunch. LATER topped that off with Strawberry Shortcake. Did a little Contra Dancing 🕺. Met a lot of old Contra acquaintances that I danced with over the last 35 year's. My stamina just is not what it used to be. Do one Dance, then recoup for a couple dances. But I still had a wonderful time.

This is a magical place for sure. The thing that stood out to me the most is the ample amount of parking, right there by the center. We only paid 20$. I was sure we were going to have to park far away and trek to the center with the kids and all of their stuff. However, that was not the case. It was not busy and that was a bonus. The pictures you can take and the scenery are 10 out of 10. The park for the kids is pretty intense as it is very high and scary for my littles, ages 2 and 3. Regardless, this area is stunning and a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Went to Folklife this weekend, that's what my pictures are. SEATTLE center is home to the Space Needle, The Chihuly Glass Garden, Seattle Ballet House, Cornish Play House, the Seattle Science Center, and the Seattle Armory. The Seattle Armory has bathrooms and a food court and a historical monorail that will take you to or from Westlake in DT Seattle. The Seattle Armory has a children's play center as well as the cultural center inside. A shining example of the legacy of Seattle

Always great to just walk around or have a snack in the Armory building. The fountain is great if it's on. Check out the Climate Pledge arena and there's a great playground for little ones.
