The front desk clerk Donetto has been really awesome! He definitely gets his own 5 stars from me! I called in for some information, and he was able to explain everything I asked him about. When I arrived at the hotel, he greeted me with a big smile and great customer service. The room was clean and nice. My daughter's have enjoyed their stay, and we will be back the next time we need a hotel room.

Wonderful!! I drove 4 hrs due to a family emergency, and it was a last-minute decision. The person at the desk was VERY kind. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed to calm down and relax. Thank u so much for the wonderful stay.

Room was nice and clean, everything worked and no stale smells. Service was fantastic, employees very nice, great pool and gym, also have a laundry room and quiet location with shopping near by. Made first trip to Texas enjoyable.

Staff were friendly, location is good, room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. I'd stay here any time.

Some maintenance issues like slow elevators and uneven floor tiles but nothing too concerning, I felt it was a great value. Fast internet. Good nearby amenities.

I actually been going through a lot and the GM Rahul has been completely nice, kind and very supportive during my situation with me and my family. I’m really grateful for him and I appreciate him being there for us, it has not been a great experience going through losing everything in my life, so I really appreciate the kindness he has shown me and my kids, please come to this hotel very great place, Also Dinotto is Amazing great person at the front desk, there to help you will all your needs and always keeping it very professional and caring to all the customers, GM Rahul you are much appreciated and honored for being there for me and my kids thank you so so much…

Location is great, the rooms are also quite nice. Most importantly the service though yall! This man, Denotto , made my arrival and overall stay an absolute delight. A friendly face and lively conversation was given checking in as well as an additional complimentary snack while he had to fuss with the new system. Totally didn't have to do that but he insisted! He also switched rooms for me on the fly to better accommodate my needs and upgraded me to a suite ta boot! I travel ALOT and I tell you not everyone can make you feel welcome like Denotto did. Truly a saint 🙌

I want to commend the staff at this location. I’m sorry I did not catch their names but there was an extremely nice man coming off of night shift when we were loading up stuff to leave and another female that was working the day shift. I had sent one of my children down with a lot of items to take to the car. I followed shortly there after with another load only to find the items that my son was carrying on the ground behind the car and him no were in site. His older brother and myself were searching outside and the pool area looking for him. The gentleman that was finishing his shift had been talking to my son a few night back so I asked him if he had seen my him. He immediately started helping us look and the other person immediately started reviewing the camera system. They realized the importance of the situation and took action. There assistance is greatly appreciated. The man that was helping us look located him in the down stairs restroom and he informed my son that we were looking for him. I appreciate prompt response and support.

Robert at the front desk was so nice!! I wanted to buy some drinks at the market , but due to the system being down, they could only take cash, which I did not have. Robert was kind enough to not charge for the drinks. He was so friendly and kind. Thank you for making our stay great!

We really just stumbled across this hotel, driving in the city late in the day, and it turned out to be fantastic. I thought it was new, but the manager said no, but it was recently fully renovated. I love how the lobby has big sitting areas for socializing, as well as the morning breakfast, which was superb. The room was super clean, quiet, and well equipped. All of the staff we talked to were super friendly and proud of their inn as a destination for the rodeo crowd from the Stockyards. We love this type of clientele also - well mannered kids in handsome cowboy gear. This is Fort Worth at its finest.

A very nice & professional man named Derotto made me feel like a celebrity !😁. In my opinion , he went above and beyond ! In my book , Mr Derotto makes La Quinta 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star all by himself 👍

Staff here at the La Quinta is amazing. The front desk member Denotto was very friendly and super helpful with providing detail information on the area for a passing traveler like myself. The 2 king bed room was very clean and bigger than expected. If I'm passing through the DFW area again I will definitely be stopping here again.

First time there a beautiful place. They made a mistake when we arrived. But it was easy fix, the gentleman was very, very nice about it. But the second floor smelled like dog urine, I wiped down the room.

Extremely friendly staff!! Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic!!

Can I just say that their breakfast is simply amazing........love the eggs .....nice clean rooms......lovely bathroom......the shower was amazing....and I really liked the water pressure. That matters to me. Overall, I was impressed. Plus the staff were so polite. I'm coming back for sure.

Had to check in last minute due to delayed home renovation work. The hotel parking lot is nicely lit. The front desk staff was so so kind not only to my family but also my dogs. The rooms were very clean, thermostats worked well, bathrooms were clean. Nice modern decor, appears very new. Could hear some walking around the room above but minimally, not enough to disturb us. Very pleased with this last minute booking.

We were stranded in Dallas due to the winter storm. We got to the hotel at 1:00 am. Robert took great care of us. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome us in. He was the one bright spot in a horrific day.

This was the BEST stay I've had in Years!!..This place is clean, with modern interior, great staff, and delicious, clean, full course, breakfast!!..The shower was AWESOME ‼ My Husband and I were in town from North Carolina 4 days for a funeral the hotel was 10 minutes from family We stayed two nights I tried booking 4 nights but they weren't any vacancies 😔... Whenever We visit again I know exactly where to stay‼ Don't hesitate to choose this hotel You won't be disappointed We weren't...

I loved it here. Very nice looked elegant too. Was there for a week for work. Great staff, very friendly and I would definitely be back and I will recommend to family and friends. Didn't have breakfast there. I had to be at work at 6:00am. That was the bad thing for me. But I sure did love it there. Beds are comfy. Plus I Loved The bathroom mirror with the light and the shower. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
