Everytime I go into the PO in Marion I am so glad that we have such friendly and helpful postal workers in our little town! After having to go to NB Post Office a few times, I am so very happy that we don't have to deal with that. We are blessed!

Debra is a very sweet lady, she gave me a good first impression and swiftly gave me my mail as soon as she could, despite my mailbox being filled she was very understanding and I think this gave me a great impression of wanting to visit again just for some gift cards, thank you!!

Refused to accept any cash or change unless it was exact. Prices here are always higher than any other post office, which makes zero sense. Only giving 4 stars because of the super sweet employee that works evenings.

My packages aren’t being picked up when I schedule a pick up. Takes numerous attempts with numerous “confirmation emails” for them to actually pick up anything.

I suppose the mask mandate that is once again being shoved on customers here only applies TO customers. Workers are seldom, if ever, wearing a mask, and the glaring double standard is ridiculous. Shame, because this used to be one be one of the better post offices around. Not anymore.

Not that this review will matter because the post office is a government entity, but the postman/woman servicing Harvest Hills desperately needs some retraining. This isn't the first incident we've had but this is a huge one. How are you just going to ring someone's doorbell for a signature required piece of mail and just immediately turn around to leave not giving the homeowner a chance to even answer the door?!? People are waiting on important pieces of mail and the postal worker could literally care less!! 🙄 I hope someone reads this review and the issue is handled but I won't hold my breath.

The Marion Post Master told me today (1/25/21) that, due to "resident complaints", she has instructed her carriers to only deliver mail to the last name listed on the mail box. As a result, some of my mail which was addressed to me with no last name, was returned once and the second time was thrown away. She told me that mail sent from a non-profit, if not delivered, is thrown away. I don't understand why the mail carrier gets to decided which mail piece gets put in my mailbox. I thought all mail addressed to my address is supposed to be delivered to my address. I now have to print the Informed Delivery email and leave it in my mailbox with a note, to ensure I receive my mail. I guess if you want your mail delivered, make sure you list the names of all your kids, all your name changes you may have had, maiden name, previous marriage name, etc. You must spell it out or the carrier will not leave YOUR mail in YOUR mailbox. They are the deciding authority on what mail you should get.

I walked into this post office apparently right b4 they closed, not realizing they close at 4pm. I told the lady at the front desk that I needed her to postage stamps on my envelopes for me. She stated they dont do that, in which yes, the post offices do that as the Seguin & cibolo ones have done it for me. So she made me buy a book of stamps because they were fixing to close & she was too damn lazy to put postage on for me. She was rude about it too. Will nvr return to this post office but will be filing a complaint against her!

My postal worker who delivers to my mail boxes is absolutely horrible . She crams my box with packages instead of putting them in the big package box. She’s gotten my box jammed twice in a row because of her cramming my packages. Now I have to wait until Monday to go speak to the office to try and get my mail....

Sent three valentines to our great grandchildren to a post office box in Marion, and all three were returned to us. Unknown. Their mother and father rented the box and they all have the same last name. When did the Postal Service quit being a service?

I’ve never been a fan of usps. It seems to be synonymous for incompetency, but this particular one takes the cake. The worst customer service I have ever received and no accountability. Very sad
