The PNW crew was incredibly hard-working. I thought painting was just about done, but the crew worked hard for another 2 days, getting every detail just right (really impressive). Nice clean straight paint lines, and no sloppy edges. Very happy I went with Brad/PNW.

By far the best service we have received on any home project. The PNW House painting team was amazing from start to finish. Super great communication, responsive and and considerate crew, and they followed through on everything they promised to do. Even when we had extra requests, they were extremely flexible and patient, and made sure they did not leave until we were competely satisfied.

Brad was very quick to respond to my request for a small project quote. Despite his team being slammed with work, he was attentive and got my job done quickly. After being so impressed with Brad and his team (and loving not having to do it myself) I decided to hire them for a second, larger project that I had been putting off.

It is clear that Brad cares about his customer's experience. He has a great attention to detail when it came to the many different bid variations I asked for. I loved his digital sales process and the use of photos and notes to not only give me a clear quote, but also to communicate clear expectations to his crew.

If you've been quarantining and staring at the painting work you need to do but you don't want to yourself, do yourself the favor and contact this company!

Brad, Rudy and the team were tremendous all around! From the very beginning, Brad spent a lot of time answering questions from our HOA in great detail. He always made himself available. He was thorough but never pushy. It was obvious he is incredibly knowledgeable.

They were all incredibly professional, polite, friendly and hard-working. Every detail turned out flawless. They were excellent in cleaning and leaving without a trace, other than what now looks like a brand new home.

Additionally, the back of our place is on a steep incline. It was an incredibly challenging job and they were fantastic.

We have been receiving tons of compliments from passersby! We are an HOA, and every single person loves the results. We had high expectations and they exceeded them by leaps and bounds! I would highly recommend Brad, Rudy and their team!

We have been extremely pleased with PNW from quote, paint selection, scheduling, to finish. There was a slight glitch in the quoting process, however the owner, Brad, came out and honored the original quote. Brad also gave us references for brick tuckpointing/repair as we wanted to fix exterior prior to painting which also worked out great. This introduced some scheduling challenges, which they handled just fine.

Once started, the team was pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. I was pleased to see the project lead inspect the one side which is wood and remove and repaint areas that did not pass inspection. Attention to detail is obviously important when painting your home and they worked with me to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it.

I do not anticipate any issues as time goes on, but I feel confident that if there was something, they would be there for us which speaks to the comfort level we have with the whole organization.

Brad and his team did a great job for the exterior of mine and my neighbors house! The difference is night and day.

Right from the start Brad was so responsive and personable making getting a quote from him easy and timely. When we were ready to commit, the process was smooth and stress free. When the team arrived they were all so respectful and polite. They worked so efficiently with great attention to detail. They were finished earlier than expected and the house looks great! The whole job exceeded our expectations in every way. The crew was careful and professional. They left our house looking wonderful, and they were exceedingly careful about cleanup at the end of each day. We appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness of each person. We feel very proud to look at how lovely the interior and exterior are, and how carefully the repairs to our drywall were done. I could not recommend this wonderful crew any more highly.

They did an excellent job this summer during the very hot time of it all with prepping and painting our home. From the initial consult and estimate to coming back to get the job completely perfect with a terrific attitude we found the whole experience to be very positive.

Eddy did a great job supervising the team and doing much of the work himself with detail and patience. Brad, the owner, checking in and giving us a fair estimate and final price and helping with the final clean up and walk through is fine example of what is right with this end of the service industry. Brad was incredibly responsive from the first phone call. He came out and gave a clear, detailed estimate, and was very communicative throughout the process. His team was professional, polite, tidy. And they did an excellent job on my Rainier Beach home. Very pleased.

We were very pleased with the painting job on our Leschi house by PNW. The proposal carefully prepared by Brad was complete and easy to read; we appreciated the detail and they did the work outlined in the proposal. The team who worked on the house were very polite and tidy. Most importantly, they did a thorough, quality job. This began with carefully pressure-washing the house, followed a week later by scraping/prep, etc. and finally with two coats of paint. The team did all the things I hoped they would do in terms of attention to detail, multiple coats, and getting into all the hard-to-reach spots. We had a slight change in the project after another consultation with Brad, and agreed on a slight increase in the price to accommodate the extra work; we appreciated his flexibility and the fair pricing. The house looks awesome now! This is a busy business and so it took a few months before the team got to our project, but we were happy that our patience paid off with a terrific result which seems like very good “value for money.”

My personal experiences with contractors has varied greatly, unfortunately more to the negative end of the spectrum. Brad and his team are a breath of fresh air; always on time, honest quotes, and they conduct themselves in an incredibly professional manner. They really set the bar high, I’ll be turning to them again for any future painting needs without a doubt. Highly, highly recommended.

This was a lucky stroke for us, because we made a sudden decision to have our house painted in the middle of the painting season, and a friend recommended Brad and his company. He gave us a fast quote, was comprehensive and meticulous about what it took to prep our older home (with its skin sadly neglected for too long). Had a highly skilled, professional, and friendly crew come out and pressure wash, then paint to perfection our 3 story townhome. Every little detail was done beyond my expectation. The crew from PNW House Painting that painted our 3-story house in early June was competent and considerate. In addition, the fellows were a hoot to have around the house; they really enjoyed their work and also had a good time while on their lunch breaks.
