We bought several pieces from Crescent House 6 or 7 years ago that we enjoyed for years. We recently moved and not everything fits or works with the new style, so we went back to Crescent House. They have pieces that are unique, like the headboard we bought years ago or the new dining table that was just delivered, and they also have pieces that are more common, like the bar stools and end table that we bought years ago. On our recent visit, Sig helped us select a dining table, chairs and bar stools. He helped us select upholstery, wood and metal finishes to create a custom set perfect for our home.

WOW!! If I could leave 10 stars I would for this local family owned business. Absolutely Above and Beyond, exceptional Customer Service, highest quality furniture, kind, caring, friendly staff who go the extra mile. After looking for months for a new sofa everywhere else, with no success and receiving ZERO customer service at the "other places", I found myself in Crescent House. I had some particular needs and requests in what I needed and wanted. Everyone, especially Stacy, the owner, took time to listen and professionally assist in my selections. I ended up ordering a 100% custom sofa - style, frame, cushion material and fabric. It is absolutely gorgeous, super comfy and just perfect in my house. I can't recommend these folks enough- this kind of genuine customer service just doesn't exist many places these days. What a pleasure! Thank you Stacy and everyone at Crescent House! I'm relatively new to the Austin area. Additionally, I am NOT a quick decision maker. While searching for a new sofa, I visited Crescent House and was assisted by Reid. He was delightful and ever so helpful in guiding me with my search. However, not being able to pull the trigger, I moved on to visit every furniture store in the greater Austin and North Austin area. I realized I was comparing everything I saw to what was at Crescent House. Back I went to touch and feel one more time. Again with the assistance of Reid as he discussed design, size and how the piece would or would not fit my life style. Still gun shy due to the cost of the purchase, I opted to think about about it. I continued to search locally and online for what I wanted. Back to Crescent House for my third visit. This time I was ready, I pulled the trigger, made the purchase reasoning this is a primary piece of furniture and was due to spoil myself. I was told 8-10 weeks. Surprise, 4 weeks later they called to schedule delivery of my new custom designed sofa. Good timing at warehouse and great customer service. The store is amazing. While the prices are above what you will find at the cookie cutter furniture stores, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for furniture, give them a visit, it's an experience!

Cresent House is one of the best furniture stores in the Austin area that I have found. Quality furniture. Unusual one-of-a-kind pieces. The prices are appropriate (but definitely not cheap). The service is excellent! We have CH furniture in every room of the house, and I'm always looking for something else to bring home.

ECLECTIC DESIGN at its best! I LOVE Crescent House, we have bought quite a few pieces here. They have a great selection and quality is really good! Be aware that they have a NO RETURNS policy so we make sure we really like it before we buy it. The staff seems to change pretty regularly but a few people have been there for a while and are very helpful and not pushy!

Reed was absolutely phenomenal in both his knowledge of the product on the floor & his help in designing a space he only saw in a photo.

I love this place. Sharon is so knowledgeable and works with us to find the perfect addition to our home. They carry very unique pieces.

Warning, this store is not for the faint of heart those that lack the ability to contain themselves. You will want to buy everything, no kidding. This store has some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture, artwork, and accessories we have seen in this area. You just want to back a truck up and take it all home. We have furnished three complete rooms now with items purchased here, our living room, dining room, and bedroom. These are unique and solid pieces of furniture, not your every day average box furniture mart pieces. NO assembly required here, they professionally deliver and put it up for you.

And what can I say about the amazing staff? Britt has been our partner in crime every time we come in and she is brilliant. She is learning our tastes and is now keeping an eye out for incoming pieces that might fit our design. She is like our personal shopper for high-end furniture.

If you go, plan to spend a lot of time there, even though the store might seem small at the outset. You will not want to leave.

They pay great attention to detail, do prep work before your appointment, and help get you the pieces that are going to fit your vision. I’m so impressed with the care they took to listening to what our preferences were, and really appreciated all their help with finding the YES pieces as well as making sure we weren’t picking pieces that weren’t going to be right for us… all while being so much fun to work with!

This is my new favorite store and I know I’ll be a return customer!

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my couch. Stacy fixed the issue by replacing it. I will shop there again. I highly recommend Crescent House for not only their customer service, but the quality of their furniture is excellent as well.

We spent weeks looking for quality bedroom furniture with a unique aesthetic appeal. Decided to stop at Crescent House for a quick look on our way from furniture store X to furniture store Y. Wow! Sharon and Scott relayed the CH story as we walked the isles looking for the perfect (for us) suite. We left a short time later with a full set of furniture on order and a sense of satisfaction with the store, the staff, and the furniture unlike any prior experience buying furniture.

This place has a good variety of rustic type furniture. The lady running the place is extremely nice and friendly. I bought a coffee table and will be back to get another piece i liked.

BEST. FURNITURE.SHOPPING. EXPERIENCE. EVER! Sanela greeted us at the door and was knowledgeable, helpful & patient without being pushy. The furniture here is unique, semi custom and American made. The options for furniture customization are (almost) unbelievable. It was such a breath of fresh air to make so many changes without having a price tag attached to every request.

The lead time for our sectional was half the time as another national (quality) furniture store. We are SUPER happy with our experience here. Jeremy the manager was hands on but not overbearing at all. He & Sanela took the time to answer our (many) questions to ensure we were happy with our purchase & were sure we were getting what we wanted. The vibe in the store is light & friendly. By far one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had!

We can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Crescent House. We went in at the recommendation of our realtor as we wanted different unique furniture. We had literally been to every store in Austin and couldn’t find a formal dining table we liked. We were warmly greeted by Elva and she’s been our go to person ever since. We started with a table and been back two times since for more. We are so happy with not just our purchase but the customer service as well. Elva has called each time to make sure we are happy. You won’t find unique furniture and the best customer service anywhere else. And a good pie.

The Crescent House staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home, letting me move pieces around in the store to figure out just the right fit for my design. The prices were great when you considered the very high quality of furniture you are getting. I had a small problem with one furniture piece and they took care of it immediately at no cost or inconvenience to myself. It is always so nice to find a store that cares about their customers.

I love this furniture store so much! Their furniture is beautiful and high quality and you will not find better customer service anywhere! We have been shopping here ever since we discovered the store a little over 3 years ago when we bought our house. I'm not only impressed by the customer service that we have received with them but have noticed that they are so gracious with everyone that walks in the door.
