Had a great experience getting my hair color done at Civility and Sway!

I have natural black hair and wanted to go overall much lighter. Been to two other places and had no luck getting the results I wanted even with reference photos. I was told it was impossible in one session or it would fry my hair.

Today I found out it was because it's a lengthy process that requires a lot of care. Courtney was very patient, professional and friendly and did this right in one session, and it did not damage my hair at all! The salon interior is very cozy as well. Would definitely recommend and I will be back!

I received a Brazilian blowout and a fabulous haircut from Courtney, and she was the best! I found her on Groupon, which was brilliant. I am so happy and excited about my new hairdo. It was difficult to find someone who could handle my Indian frizz, thickness, and curls, but Courtney was an expert. I wasn't stressed because I knew she knew what she was doing. Thank you, Courtney! Also, she didn't ask me to write a review. I'm doing this voluntarily because it really helps me when I'm deciding on a place. I was new to Seattle and had been searching for a good hairstylist for months. I'm so glad I found Courtney!

Again, beautiful hair by Robyn at the SET Salon. Everytime she rocks it with the colors and cut, making the highlights and lowlights blend with my color so well. Great copper look for summer that I can't wait to show off.

Courtney saved my hair! I came in after trying to remove a semi-permanent hair color three times on my own with no luck. In one sitting she was able to give me a fantastic Platinum coloring as well as remove the pink that seem determined to stay. I would recommend her for all of your needs! Not only is she great at her job she was extremely courteous, entertaining, and professional.

Courtney is the absolute BEST and the only person I trust to do my hair! I go to her regularly for Brazilian blowouts, highlights, cuts and trims. Ever since I started going to Civility & Sway I regularly get stopped and asked who does my hair. You will absolutely love Courtney, I can’t recommend her enough! :)

Courtney is amazing! She uses quality products, really understands what look you're going for when you speak with her, and is also really great to talk to! Her location is a bit challenging to find and weekend appointments and evening appointments are hard to come by. Regardless, I will always book weeks in advance just to get in an appointment with her!

I love going to the set Salon. Robyn is amazing and I love the work she does, I have been so happy with every look she has given me. She's amazing. Not only am I happy with the end result, but getting there is a great experience. The conversation with all the stylist is great, and makes the time fly by. This salon is adorable and the staff is so welcoming. Viet Thi colored my hair and I really appreciate how much time she took to talk over and make sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she begun. Also, Sarah, the owner, is very sweet and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Have been a resident of Belltown for about 5 years now and discovered this place last year. In truth, I wish I could back in time and have been going here for my entire time. Easily one of the best salons in Seattle. All the stylists are so talented in color and all types of cuts, would recommend anyone looking for a new spot to give it a look, I have already referred a number of friends visiting from out of town, all have been very impressed.

Sarah the owner of Set Salon is a MIRACLE worker!!! Not only has she done a great job with my hair (I'm blond and it is difficult to find someone who lifts it enough, but without creating breakage) but she really listens and endeavors to give you what you are asking for. She is great with both cut and color. The true test of her skill is that my boyfriend received the worst haircut I have ever seen which left him with a lopsided, asymmetrical bob, stacked in the back with lots of layers. She was able to take what was an impossible cut and turn it into a super flattering sexy situation. If 6 stars were possible I would give it to her!!!!! Thank you Sarah!

I got balayage done with Angela and she was AMAZING!!! Such a personable person and she really put time into my hair. She put protectant before anything and took her time. The color ended up coming out amazing and natural looking!!

My fiancé got her eyebrows waxed and sculpted. Eyebrow waxing is priced at $15 and she loved it. I had a confusion regarding location earlier because of their website but sincemy fiancé visited them everything checks out!

Got in same-day, evening hours, cute boutique salon, $65 for a great haircut, and so friendly!

Everyone is so nice, even the clients seem to be as well. Super inviting atmosphere. Fantastic place to go for waxing.
